Season Ticket Member Exchange Program
As part of your Membership Benefits, we are excited to offer future game and parking pass exchanges!
The deadline to exchange is 24 hours prior to the start time of the game you wish to turn in.
Season Ticket Exchange Guidelines
- Monday - Thursday games may be exchanged for available Monday - Thursday games
- Friday - Sunday games may be exchanged for any available games
- Available game dates for the ticket exchange program are subject to change
- You can view the game dates available for exchange once you log in to your MyTickets account and initiate the exchange process
- Seat locations are subject to availability
- Request one game date OR parking pass exchange per transaction
- If you exchange for tickets that have a higher value*, you will be required to provide payment at the time of exchange
- Must choose a new game date to exchange into at the time of transaction
- Your exchange must be for the same number of tickets (for example, if you are turning in 4 tickets you must choose 4 tickets to replace them)
- A maximum of ten (10) tickets can be exchanged per game
- The following types of tickets are not eligible for exchange: tickets from unused past game dates, tickets posted for resale, previously exchanged tickets, single game and group tickets, complimentary tickets
- Games dates not listed as available for exchange may be purchased using your Season Ticket Member discount through your MyTickets online account manager.
- Online exchanges cannot be completed on your mobile device through the MLB Ballpark app. All exchanges must be completed through your MyTickets online account manager.
*The value of the new tickets may be higher due to a change in the seating tier and/or location.
How to Exchange Season Tickets and Parking Passes
- Log in to your MyTickets account with the email address associated with your season tickets
- From the Menu, click "My Reds Tickets" and then click "Exchange"
- Use the month dropdown and choose the game and seat(s) OR parking pass you would like to exchange and click "Continue"
- You cannot exchange tickets and parking in the same transaction. You will need to exchange the seats, and then repeat these steps to exchange parking.
- Review what you are exchanging and click "Find Eligible Events"
- Select the game you would like to exchange into from the list of available games
- Pick your seats from the map and click "Continue"
- Review your exchange and check the box to agree to terms and then click "Place Order"
- If you exchange for tickets that have a higher value*, you will be required to provide payment at the time of the exchange
- All exchanges will be delivered via the MLB Ballpark App to the primary season ticket member.

Season Ticket Donation Program
The Cincinnati Reds are proud to partner with local organizations to put unused Reds tickets in the hands of children. Consider donating your tickets to help local kids and help further baseball’s reach. Deadline to exchange is 24 hours prior to the start of the game you wish to donate. All donations are tax deductible for the value of the tickets being donated.
