How to Redeem Your Concession & Merchandise Discount
Your discount can only be accessed via the Reds Wallet in the MLB Ballpark app. You can access your discount in two ways:
Option 1: Reds Wallet Payment (Preferred Method)
Must have credit card saved to the Reds Wallet within your MLB Ballpark app.
Using the “Scan to Pay” feature in the Reds Wallet provides the fastest checkout experience and automatically applies your Season Ticket Member 15% discount during checkout.
Step 1: Open the MLB Ballpark app and sign in using the email address associated with your Season Ticket Membership.
Step 2: Select Reds Wallet on the Reds tab.
Step 3: Tap the “Scan to Pay” button.
Step 4: After all concession or merchandise items have been scanned, present your “Scan to Pay” QR code to the cashier. If you have any available loaded value, credit and/or gift cards stored in your wallet, if applicable, they will be applied at this time.
Step 5: The cashier will scan your QR code and your Season Ticket Member discount will automatically be applied at the same time payment is processed. Payment will be charged to the default credit card saved in your Reds Wallet.
Option 2: Physical Credit Card Payment
If you prefer to use a physical credit card, you can still receive your Season Ticket Member discount by presenting your Season Ticket Member Discount QR Code and paying the remaining balance with your credit card at the register.
Step 1: After all concessions or merchandise items have been scanned, inform the cashier that you are a Season Ticket Member.
Step 2: Present your Season Ticket Member Discount QR Code in the Reds Wallet to be scanned. First click the “STM -15% Off” card and then present the QR code to be scanned.
Step 3: Once the discount and any value, if applicable, has been applied, complete your purchase using your credit card.
Important: The Season Ticket Member Discount QR Code or Value card with discount QR code must be scanned before payment is processed. If you have any available loaded value, credit and/or gift cards stored in your wallet, if applicable, they will be applied at this time. Any credit card Payments made using this method are processed directly at the point of sale and not through Reds Wallet. If payment using your credit card is completed before the QR code is scanned, the discount and/or value cannot be applied to that transaction. No refunds will be issued. All sales final.

- Mobile/roaming vendors and concession tubs
- Reds Authentics Items

- All You Can Eat (AYCE) passes
- Suite and Hospitality catering orders
- Press Club purchases, including DNC locker purchases
- Added Value purchases
Where can I use the discount?
- Concessions: Eligible purchases at brick-and-mortar, non-mobile concession stands throughout Great American Ball Park, including branded locations such as Skyline.
- Merchandise: Inside Great American Ball Park and at the Reds Team Store located on Crosley Terrace.
Can I use the discount on customized merchandise or with Team Store promotions?
- The discount can be used on customized merchandise and may be combined with Team Store promotions and specials, such as Item of the Homestand.
Can I use the discount at the Reds Team Store when the team is playing on the road?
- The merchandise discount is valid all September long at the Team Store – even when the Reds are on the road.
Can I share the discount with someone who shares my Season Tickets?
- When you forward a ticket, the recipient will have access to the discount through Reds Wallet for that specific game.
Can I use the discount multiple times during a game?
- There is no limit to the number of eligible transactions during a game.
How do I access the discount?
- The discount is available through the Reds Wallet in the MLB Ballpark app.
How do I access the discount if I have printed tickets?
- The September discount is only valid via redemption using the Reds Wallet within the MLB Ballpark app. You will need to download the app and follow the directions listed above for redemption.
How do I use Reds Wallet?
