Seat Upgrades at Great American Ball Park

On your next trip to Great American Ball Park for a Reds game, be sure to try our new seat upgrade feature!

The Seat Upgrade program is a great way to relocate your seats for certain games, whether you want to be in a shaded seating area on a warm day or want to try out seats closer to the action on the field when the Reds are facing a division rival.

  • A limited number of seats in selected sections will be made available for upgrades on game day.
  • Ticket upgrades are available 90 minutes before first pitch until 90 minutes after first pitch.
  • Games and seating areas are subject to availability.
  • Upgrade tickets do not have a bar code and are not valid for entry into Great American Ball Park. You must have a ticket for entry in order to use an upgrade ticket.

HOW TO UPGRADE YOUR SEATS

  1. Click the “Seat Upgrade” link below
  2. Enter code: UPGRADE
  3. Click “OK” to exit the filter screen
  4. Enter the number of tickets to upgrade and click “OK”
  5. Select an available section from the map, pick your new seats, and click “Seats Selected” at the bottom
  6. Review selection and click “Continue”
  7. Log in using the MLB.com email and password tied to your MLB Ballpark app
  8. Complete the order

Once the upgraded seats have been purchased they will appear in the MLB Ballpark app without a barcode (you may need to swipe down on the Tickets tab to refresh).

Show the upgraded tickets to the usher in your new section and ENJOY!
