HOW TO REDEEM TICKETS

  1. Click the "Redeem Tickets" button.
  2. Enter your one-time use offer code into the “Enter Offer Code” box and click Submit.
  3. Choose your game from the list of available dates.
  4. Set search options to the total number of tickets you wish to redeem using the + and – symbols. Please note, you do not need to use the ticket price filter.
  5. On the map, click on an available section where you wish to sit and choose your specific seats. The best seat availability is in the purple sections of the map.
  6. If claiming more than the four (4) free tickets, use the pencil to update the tickets to the Additional Ticket buyer type.
    Note: you may purchase additional tickets at $30 each. These additional tickets do not include the food and beverage credit nor the Hall of Fame admission.
  7. Log into your MLB.com account and complete your order. For information about digital tickets, see more information below.

ACCESSIBLE SEATING: To purchase ADA accessible seating using the seat map, please select the blue seats at the back of each section with the ADA accessible logo.
