- This prestigious panel will include HBCU alumni in various career fields. We will discuss the significance of HBCUs as it relates to baseball and business. There will also be dialogue surrounded around effective community engagement.

- D9 and Band Greek Step Competition: 3pm-4pm
- The Greek Letter Organizations will kick off with a Unity Step, then each fraternity and sorority will showcase their step
- The winners of the Fan Zone stroll competition will earn opportunities to participate in the in-game activities on the scoreboard.
- Introduction of Keynote Speaker: 4pm-4:10pm
- Keynote Address: 4:10pm-4:30pm

Pregame Activations: 6pm
- On-Field Ceremony: All opted-in universities will have a representative or community advocate honored on field in a ceremony. We will also have a tribute to our Reds Alumni and RBI graduates who attended HBCUs.
- Competition: 2 of the top 3 schools with the most tickets sold by July 31st will have the opportunity to select singer(s) to perform Lift Every Voice and Sing or throw a Ceremonial First Pitch
- *selected singer(s) will have to pass an audition conducted by Reds entertainment personnel
Game: Reds vs Brewers: 6:40pm
- In Game Activations: The winners of the stroll competition will earn opportunities to participate in the in-game activities on the scoreboard
