Chicago White Sox Mystery Bobblehead Golden Ticket Giveaway (The "Giveaway")

During each remaining home game of the 2022 Chicago White Sox regular season beginning on September 13, 2022 (each, a “Mystery Bobblehead Day”), one (1) fan will receive one (1) complementary seat upgrade and one (1) item autographed by a White Sox player (the “Prize”). (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $500; total ARV of all prizes: $5,500.).

ELIGIBILITY: Must be present during a Chicago White Sox Mystery Bobblehead Day throughout the remainder of the 2022 regular season, beginning September 13, 2022. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of the Chicago White Sox, LLC (“Club”), the other MLB Entities (defined below), and their parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Giveaway are not eligible to receive the Prize. The "MLB Entities" means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball ("BOC"), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs, including Chicago White Sox, LLC ("Clubs"), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities.

GIVEAWAY DISTRIBUTION: One (1) potential Giveaway recipient for each of the remaining 2022 regular season games, beginning September 13, 2022, will receive a Prize for being 100th fan to pick up their mystery bobblehead at a designated booth behind Section 522 at Guaranteed Rate Field and determined in the sole and absolute discretion of the Club. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, the potential Giveaway recipients will be declared the official recipients of the Giveaway (“Giveaway Recipient”). The decisions of Club are final and binding on all matters relating to this Giveaway.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: All Prize details shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Club. Each Giveaway Recipient is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, territory, provincial and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to any and all expenses incurred by accepting the Prize are the sole responsibility of each Giveaway Recipient. Each prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-resalable with no cash redemptions except at Club’s sole and absolute discretion. NOTIFICATION: Each potential Giveaway Recipient will be notified via the discovery of a golden ticket voucher in the received mystery bobblehead.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Club and the other MLB Entities are not responsible for the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition. Club shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Giveaway, and to resolve all disputes in its sole discretion. Released Parties (a) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any Prize (or any portion thereof), and (b) disclaim any implied warranty. Club’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Club reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Giveaway (or any portion thereof) should unauthorized human intervention or other causes corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway (or any portion thereof). Club also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Giveaway.
