KMOX 1120AM and the Cardinals Radio Network includes 146 stations in eight states, reaching approximately 3.3 million unique listeners each season. The Cardinals Radio Network is the second largest in MLB.

In St. Louis alone, the broadcasts reached over 1 million listeners in 2023 with an average of 123,000 listeners each game. Fan favorites, John Rooney and Ricky Horton, will continue to lead the broadcasts throughout the 2024 season with support from Mike Claiborne, and a variety of familiar voices Cardinals Nation has come to love.
