REFUND POLICY FOR UNPLAYED GAMES

If the series for which this ticket is issued concludes before the scheduled date of the Game, a refund or credit will be issued according to the applicable refund policy of the host Club. For tickets issued through Ticketmaster, D-backs box office or your original point of purchase, the Holder will receive an automatic credit from the Issuer; such tickets should not be returned and will have no cash value.

ADVANTAGE MEMBER POSTSEASON REFUNDS

Advantage Member: If you do not want to have your 2023 Postseason payment applied toward your 2024 Advantage Membership, you can submit a request for a Postseason Refund. The refund process will be available after the conclusion of the D-backs’ final game of the season (including postseason play). The deadline for Advantage Members Postseason refunds is November 30, 2023.
