D-backs Postseason Ticket Information

National League Wild Card, best of 3, all in host city

National League Division Series, best of 5 (2-2-1 format)

National League Championship Series, best of 7 (2-3-2 format)

World Series, best of 7 (2-3-2 format)

Possible Home Wild Card, Division Series and League Championship Series games will all be available at presales and public on-sale. World Series presales and public sales would come separate and at a later date.

Select presale groups include Legacy Accounts, Advantage Members, Suite Holders, Group ticket buyers, Mini Plan, Access Pass buyers and Corporate Partners. Communication for these groups will come via email.

For games purchased that do not get played, fans will automatically receive their refund to the original method of payment.

Key Advantage Members Details

• Member strip opt-out period will begin Tuesday, 9/8 and end on 9/18.
• Strips are at a discounted rate based on regular season plans.
• Pay As We Play Payment Option – Members will be charged before each round for all potential games. Subject to qualification*
  • Credit for any un-played games moved to 2027 ticket plan.
  • Available to 2026 Members and new 2027 Members.
• 2027 New Members will need to confirm their intent to purchase a strip. They have the ability to purchase Postseason strips equal to their 2027 plan.
  • A 2027 Member with two seats can purchase two strips.
  • No additional strips allowed.
• All Members will still receive access to Single Game Ticket presales.
• Seats are reserved for all Member accounts, which will match the seats held in their 2026 or 2027 plan. 2026 Members that have changed location or upgraded their plan for 2027 will have this take into effect come 2027 Postseason.
• Ticket management tools (forward and re-sale only) will be enabled on or before the date when the D-backs qualify for each round.
• No ticket exchanges or returns will be allowed for Postseason tickets.
• 2026 Account credits are not usable for postseason.
• General public will not have access to purchase strips

MOBILE TICKETS

Postseason tickets will be available exclusively through the MLB Ballpark app and your My Tickets account.

No printed tickets will be issued for Postseason; Commemorative tickets will be available for purchase for each game/round.

RESELLING OF TICKETS AND SCALPING PROHIBITED

Postseason tickets are distributed for personal use only. Tickets are not to be resold for premium in excess of any amount allowed by federal, state, or local law. Persons who sell or offer tickets for resale at any price on the D-backs premises will be removed from the premises and prosecuted.

PARKING

Advantage Members will now have access to discounted parking presales for all potential home games. No accounts receive parking by default. This will be communicated via email and will be accessible via your Account Manager.

All rounds and potential home games will be available during the presale period. Three garages will be available – those being Chase Field Garage, Jefferson Street and Right Field Garage. After presales, parking will be available to the public on Parkwhiz at dbacks.com/parking.

Parking presales will occur around the time of Single Game Ticket presales and public on-sale, stay tuned for more communication via email from a D-backs representative for those parking presales.

ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONS PROHIBITED

Postseason tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without the express written consent of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball.

REFUND POLICY FOR UNPLAYED GAMES

If the series for which this ticket is issued concludes before the scheduled date of the Game, a refund or credit will be issued according to the applicable refund policy of the host Club. For tickets issued through Ticketmaster, D-backs box office or your original point of purchase, the Holder will receive automatic credit from the Issuer; such tickets should not be returned and will have no cash value.

ADVANTAGE MEMBER HOLDER POSTSEASON REFUNDS

Advantage Member: If you do not want to have your 2026 Postseason payment applied toward your 2027 Advantage Membership, you can submit a request for a Postseason Refund. The refund process will be available after the conclusion of the D-backs’ final game of the season (including postseason play). The deadline for Advantage Members Postseason refunds is November 30, 2026.

Suites are available to purchase for all potential Postseason games.

To unlock access to purchase a Postseason suite, a non-refundable 2027 Suite Deposit is required.

If a suite is purchased for a game that is not played, payments towards suites will automatically be rolled over to a 2027 suite deposit. Full or partial refunds of these payments will be provided upon request. 2027 suite deposits placed to unlock Postseason suite access are non-refundable.

2027 non-refundable suite deposits may be applied towards any game/suite, excluding the Presidential Pools Suite/Batter’s Box Suite/Dugout Suites.

Please note the specific Wild Card, Division, League Championship Series and World Series "Home Game #" relates to the actual home game that is to be played at Chase Field, not the specific game in the series.

These tickets are valid for that specific "Home Game #" regardless of the date the game is played.
