If I order online, do I need to send in my child's certificate?
If you order your tickets online, you do not need to send in your form or provide us with any additional information. By ordering your tickets through this webpage, you are added to a list of participating families and we have all the information needed.
What do I need to do to participate in the pregame recognition and to receive my child's t-shirt?
All participants will receive an email 2 days prior to the game with all the information on how to get your t-shirt and what to do to participate in the pregame recognition. It will be sent to the email address listed on your account when you place your order. If it's 2 days prior to the game or less and you have not received the email, please check your spam folder.
I have multiple children that earned a certificate. How do I order?
If you have multiple children that earned a certificate or would like to sit with other family/friends that earned an Outstanding Student form you cannot order online. Please send in your forms via email, mail or fax. Please be sure they are sent in together or the seats will not be seated together.
How do I get my child's free ticket when I order online?
After selecting your game and seats, you'll see a button that says "Add Discount Code". Click on this button and input the discount code: OUTSTANDING. This will apply a discount of $20, $30 or $40, based on the ticket location chosen. The free ticket will not be sent or given to you at a later time, so make sure you order it with your paid tickets.
What are the prices for children?
Kids age 2 and under do not need a ticket. Anyone 3 and older needs a ticket and is charged the same price as an adult ($40, $30 or $20).
How do I get my child's t-shirt?
You can pick it up on the day of the game.
