This season, we’ll be wearing Seattle Steelheads uniforms every Sunday home game. As we honor the past and pay tribute to the 1946 Seattle Negro League team, we're proud to invest in the future with the Steelheads Community Fund and a $500,000 commitment to support local Black-led baseball and softball organizations and community initiatives. Details of how the fund will be accessed and distributed are currently in development with community stakeholders and the fund will formally launch in early summer.
Proceeds from Steelheads merchandise sales and Sunday home game 50/50 raffles will support the fund.
Steelheads Uniform Schedule
In addition to Sunday home games, we will also wear Steelheads uniforms on Friday, June 19 vs. the Red Sox as part of our Juneteenth Celebration.
