SEATTLE, Wash. – The Seattle Mariners President of Business Operations Catie Griggs announced today that Chris Voigt, a seasoned sports sales executive, has been hired as the club’s Senior Vice President, Corporate Partnerships. Voigt will report directly to Griggs.

“We are thrilled to welcome Chris to our team. “I am honored to join such an incredible organization and am looking forward to bringing my previous sales and marketing experience to the club to help unearth new growth opportunities and help our existing partner relationships continue to thrive,” said Voigt.

Voigt, a dual German American citizen, earned his J.D. at Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich, and his Masters degree at Chicago-Kent College of Law. He began his career as a lawyer before transitioning to sales and marketing over a decade ago.
