National Anthem

The Seattle Mariners are excited to offer the opportunity for school groups to perform the National Anthem on the field before a Mariners game during the 2026 season. Participants and their guests are eligible for a special, discounted ticket price to the game.

To be considered to perform, applicants must submit a recording of their performance. The performance must be 1 minute and 30 seconds or shorter in length, a traditional rendition and A Capella. NOTE: National Anthem groups are required to participate in mandatory soundcheck on the day of the game. The group must leave the ballpark in-between soundcheck until gates open to the public.

We require all school choirs to audition to be considered to perform the National Anthem at a Mariners game. Please reach out to Alexa Olague at aolague@mariners.com to get connected with a Mariners representative regarding the school choir National Anthem audition submission process. Auditions must be submitted by December 19, 2025. No late submissions will be accepted.

FAQs

Who do I need to buy tickets for?

Anyone entering the ballpark will need a valid game ticket, including teachers, performers, chaperones, family, friends and anyone else that would like to watch the performance at T-Mobile Park.

Can my group stay inside the ballpark in between soundcheck and the performance?

All groups must exit the ballpark until gates open to the general public 90 minutes prior to first pitch. The Mariners do not provide a holding space for school groups. The Mariners will provide specific instructions on where to regroup prior to the performance.

Will I receive a recording of the performance?

The Mariners will provide a link to the performance and photos after the conclusion of the homestand.
