Renew To The Blue Program Terms of Use

By purchasing your Seattle Mariners Season Ticket Membership online, you understand that you are enrolling in the Seattle Mariners “Renew To The Blue” auto renewal program (“Program” or “Renew To The Blue”) and confirm that you have reviewed and agree to the following additional terms and conditions (as they may be amended from time to time in the sole discretion of the Seattle Mariners):

  1. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR SEASON TICKET MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR EACH SUCCESSIVE SEASON, UNLESS YOU CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP OR OPT-OUT OF RENEW TO THE BLUE BY PROVIDING WRITTEN NOTICE TO THE SEATTLE MARINERS AT [email protected] OR TO YOUR INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP REPRESENTATIVE ON OR BEFORE THE RENEWAL DEADLINE THE YEAR PRIOR TO THE SEASON SUBJECT TO RENEWAL. (FOR EXAMPLE, TO CANCEL YOUR SEASON TICKET MEMBERSHIP OR OPT-OUT OF RENEW TO THE BLUE FOR THE 2024 BASEBALL SEASON, YOUR CANCELLATION OR OPT-OUT MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE SEATTLE MARINERS ON OR BEFORE AUGUST 28, 2023). IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL OR OPT OUT, YOU HEREBY AUTHORIZE THE SEATTLE MARINERS TO CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR YOUR SEASON TICKET MEMBERSHIP FOR THE FOLLOWING SEASON, AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL PAYMENTS DUE IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR MEMBERSHIP FOR THE FOLLOWING SEASON.
  2. Renew To The Blue is eligible for all Flex Membership and Reserved Membership Season Ticket Plans.
  3. Your purchase will be payable in, and you will be charged, payments that are due on the Payment Dates set forth in the Payment Plan Schedule available at the time of purchase.
  4. You may make Payment Schedule changes after your time of purchase according to the Seattle Mariners current Payment Plan Schedule dates, which will be communicated on the Seattle Mariners website located at Mariners.com/Renewal.
  5. Renewals associated with a subsequent season may have a higher price than the current season or a prior season. All information about any changes to Season Ticket Memberships, including the prices of each subsequent season's renewal, will be communicated to you at least thirty (30) days prior to the renewal deadline.
  6. Multiple notices will be provided about the renewal deadline and any material changes to these Renew To The Blue terms and conditions, including but not limited to, via mail and via email.
  7. Opting out of Renew To The Blue does not mean your Season Ticket Membership cannot be renewed. You agree that the Seattle Mariners may still contact you about the following season's Season Ticket Membership options.
  8. Opting out of Renew To The Blue may cause you to lose certain benefits.
  9. Current credit cards must be kept on file by the Seattle Mariners and any changes communicated to the Seattle Mariners in a timely fashion. If you have not opted-out of Renew To The Blue, your credit card on file will be charged for your Season Ticket Membership renewal. You acknowledge and agree to notify us immediately if any of your credit card information changes.
  10. Once a purchase is made, the Season Ticket Member whose credit card is on file with the Seattle Mariners is responsible for all payments until the next renewal period (i.e. the next season).
  11. Because we will be providing you with notices from time to time under these Renew To The Blue Terms and Conditions, it is important that we maintain your current contact information. You acknowledge and agree to notify us immediately if any of your contact information changes.
