Ticket Management
MLB Ballpark App
- Access your tickets via the MLB Ballpark app.
- The MLB Ballpark app allows access to your tickets, the ability to enter the ballpark using your mobile device, mobile check-in, seat and experience upgrade components, rewards and exclusive content.
Group Ticket Management Tool
- The Phillies now have a new tool to help manage and share large quantities of tickets for their group events.

My Phillies Tickets
- Access your My Phillies Tickets account via www.phillies.com/mytickets.
- My Phillies Tickets allows most Phillies ticket holders the ability to manage their ticket account online. My Phillies Tickets provides a secure, password protected online ticket management system that offers the ability to electronically forward tickets to friends and family.

Parking & Transportation
Bus Parking
- All parking for Phillies games at Citizens Bank Park will be cashless. Methods of payment include credit/debit cards and mobile payment (Apple Pay and Google Pay).
- Parking for a bus or any oversized vehicle that takes up more than one space is $50. To order, please call 215-463-1000. Please note that parking is on a first come, first serve basis and there are no assigned spots within the lots.
- Bus parking is available in the following lots:
- Lots M & N (recommended) - Located South of Pattison Avenue. Enter at 7th Street off Pattison Avenue. Please note: Buses interested in Tailgating may do so only in these lots.
- Lot Q (limited parking) – Located North of Phillies Drive. (Enter off 10th Street)
Tailgating
- Tailgating is permitted in the following lots: A-H, M, N & O. Tailgating is not permitted in lots West of Darien Street and North of Pattison Avenue.

- As a Phillies Group Leader, you can earn great benefits through the Phillies Group Leader Bonus Program.
Group Scoreboard Name
- Look for your group name when we welcome all groups in attendance! Names are listed twice: Pre-game - on the large PhanaVision screen. In-game - during the 5th inning on the upper side auxiliary message boards near the foul poles.
Miscellaneous
Gate Openings
- For most 2024 regular season home games, all gates open 90 minutes prior to game time. For home games being played Monday through Friday at 6:40 p.m., all gates open at 5:35 p.m.
