What is the minimum/maximum number of tickets available to purchase a Gender Reveal Party Package?
A minimum of 15 tickets is required to purchase a Gender Reveal Party package. Additional package tickets may be purchased (based on availability) for $57 each*.
Each additional package ticket purchased will include the following: one (1) game ticket in the Terrace Level and one (1) $15 concession coupon ($18 value). Concession coupons may be used throughout the ballpark for food, beverage, or merchandise.
*Please note - Tickets will be located in the Pavilion Deck (306-310) for Sunday games. Package price and additional ticket(s) price not available for some games, including but not limited to: 7/29, 7/30, 7/31, and most Saturday and Sunday games.
Is the Gender Reveal Party Package available for any game during the 2024 season?
The Phillies offer the Gender Reveal Party Package (subject to availability) for most 2024 regular season games. Please note that packages are not available for Opening Day and within 30 days of the game date.
How do I order a Gender Reveal Party Package?

When is final payment due and when will I receive my game tickets, stickers, and Gender Reveal Box?
We ask for full payment at the time of reservation. All game tickets and concession coupons will be available by mobile delivery via the MLB Ballpark app. Stickers will be mailed once final payment is received.
On game day, the Gender Reveal Box will be delivered to you in the ballpark at a mutually agreed upon time and location.
Are there options available to host my event in a private suite or semi-private area?
Yes, the Phillies offer a variety of Suite and Club Deck options. Please visit our Group Party Areas page for additional information.
Fans looking to host a Gender Reveal Party in one of these spaces may have the option to purchase the Gender Reveal Box as part of their event (based on availability). Is the Gender Reveal Box available for purchase without purchasing the full Gender Reveal package?
No, the Gender Reveal Box may not be purchased separately. It is only included as part of the package or offered as an “add-on” option for fans that host their event in a Phillies Group Party Area.
How will the Phillies know which Gender Reveal Box to deliver on the game date?
A representative that is designated by the parent(s)-to-be will complete a form prior to the event, notifying the Phillies whether to drop off a Gender Reveal Box containing pink items (It’s a Girl!) or blue items (It’s a Boy!).
What happens if my group is more than 15 people?
Your group may purchase more than 15 game tickets (subject to availability) for $57 each*. However, all Gender Reveal Boxes are pre-packaged for 15 people, therefore we will not be able to provide additional Phillies “It’s a Boy” or “It’s a Girl” beads that are included in the box for your group to wear after the reveal.
Based on the availability, the Phillies may be able to provide additional Phillies "Team Pink" and Phillies "Team Blue" stickers. To inquire about additional stickers, please contact Shannon Profy in the Phillies Group Sales Office at 215-463-1000 ext. 5465 or [email protected].

When do gates open at Citizens Bank Park?
For most 2024 regular season home games, all gates open 90 minutes prior to game time. For home games being played Monday through Friday at 6:40 p.m., all gates open at 5:35 p.m.
When will my group name be displayed?
All Groups are welcomed on the large PhanaVision screen during pre-game and on the side auxiliary message boards at the top of the 5th inning. For Suites and Hall of Fame Club Decks, your Group will receive two additional special welcomes in the top of the 2nd and 6th innings. The Phillies must have your message at least 72 hours before your game date. Otherwise, your message may not be displayed. Messages must be family-friendly in nature. The Phillies may elect to not display a message at its sole discretion.
Where is the best place to park my car, RV, or bus?
All parking for Phillies games at Citizens Bank Park will be cashless. Methods of payment include credit/debit cards and mobile payment (Apple Pay and Google Pay).
Car parking is available around the sports complex area in Lots A-O and T-X for $25. Bus/large vehicle parking is designated in Lots M and N, with limited Bus Parking in Lot Q and the price is $50 per vehicle. Pre-paid car and bus parking (and preferred parking for Suites/Club Decks) is available for sale in advance by calling The Phillies Sales Office at 215-463-1000. Parking Map.
Are there locations where my Group can tailgate?
Tailgating will be permitted in the following parking lots: A-H, M, N & O. Tailgating is not permitted in parking lots West of Darien Street and North of Pattison Avenue. Tailgating lots will open five hours prior to the scheduled start time. Non-tailgating lots will open three hours prior to the scheduled start time. If you are traveling by bus or RV and wish to tailgate, please park in Lots M or N as tailgating is not permitted in Lot Q.
Is the Phanatic able to come visit my Group?
You may submit a request for a Phanatic visit however, a Phanatic appearance is not guaranteed.
What happens if I lost my game tickets?
The Phillies Sales Office is not responsible for Group tickets that are lost or stolen. These tickets may be replaced at the sole discretion of The Phillies. The Phillies may impose an additional charge to the account holder in its sole discretion for such replaced tickets. If distributing tickets in advance, it is beneficial for the account holder to note the section, row, and seat that each guest holds. This specific information will be needed if replacement tickets are issued. In the event that tickets are lost or stolen, please contact The Phillies Sales Office at 215-463-1000 or [email protected] to discuss any options. If The Phillies Sales Office replaces any Group tickets, the replacement tickets will be honored over the original tickets in all cases and the original tickets will be null and void.
