My Phillies Tickets Guide

Digitally exchange tickets and parking for games you are unable to attend using the Online Ticket Exchange feature in My Phillies Tickets. Exchanges must take place 72 hours prior to the event you are exchanging out of. Simply following the instructions below:

1. Log into your My Phillies Tickets account (www.phillies.com/mytickets)
2. Choose Exchange from the left-hand tool bar. Select a game you wish to exchange and then click continue. Please note, one event can be exchanged at a time. Parking must be exchanged separately.
3. Select a game you wish to exchange and then click continue. Please note, one event can be exchanged at a time. Parking must be exchanged separately.
4. Choose a replacement event. Search by month and select the game you wish to exchange into.
5. Select your seats! You will be defaulted to the price range of your season ticket location, but you can choose other areas if you wish to upgrade. Please note upgrades are based on availability and may require additional payment.
6. Enter your e-mail to receive the tickets digitally and checkout!

Only tickets and parking from a season ticket package are eligible for online exchange.
