Recall Ticket Forward

If a ticket forward has been completed accidentally or your intended recipient is no longer able to attend the game(s), you are able to recall the ticket forward.

  1. Log into your My Phillies Tickets account (www.phillies.com/mytickets)
  2. Click on the My History tab to view all previous forward history.
  3. Click on the Ticket Forward ID # of the ticket that you would like to recall. A pop up will appear with your ticket details.
  4. Once you have confirmed that this is the correct game date and seat location, select the box next to the ticket information and click Recall Tickets.
  5. Both you and the recipient will receive confirmation of the ticket recall. Please note the barcodes on your original tickets will be restored and valid for entry at the ballpark.
