Season Ticket Holder Postseason Refunds

If you do not want to have your 2024 Postseason payment applied toward your 2025 Season Tickets, please follow the steps below:

• PLEASE NOTE: The refund process will be active for five business days after the conclusion of the Phillies final game of the season (including postseason play).

Please note the following regarding postseason reimbursements:

• Reimbursement for any postseason games not played will be made directly to the account holder of record.
• Reimbursements are only for any postseason games and parking NOT played.
• Refunds will be given via your method of payment.
• The processing fee is non-refundable if the Phillies qualify for postseason play.
• Refunds will be processed automatically approximately two weeks after the last Phillies game (including postseason play).

To submit your request for a Postseason Refund, follow the steps below:

1. Click on the Postseason Refund button below.
2. Enter the email address associated with your season ticket account and password. Click the "Log In" button.
3. Click on the Request button next to the 2024 Postseason Refund Request and complete the process.
4. Print out your confirmation page. In addition, you will receive a confirmation email.

The refund process will be available after the conclusion of the Phillies final game of the season (including Postseason play).
