Season Ticket Holder Postseason Refunds

If you do not want to have your 2023 Postseason payment applied toward your 2024 Season Tickets, please follow the steps below.

• PLEASE NOTE: The refund process will be active for five business days after the conclusion of the Phillies final game of the season (including postseason play).

Please note the following regarding postseason reimbursements:

• Reimbursement for any postseason games not played will be made directly to the account holder of record.
• Reimbursements are only for any postseason games and parking NOT played.
• Refunds will be given via your method of payment.
• The $25 processing fee is non-refundable if the Phillies qualify for postseason play.
• Refunds will be processed automatically approximately two weeks after the last Phillies game (including postseason play).
