Season Ticket Holder Postseason Information

Review important information on Postseason invoices and purchase dates.

Current 2023 full season ticket holders will have the opportunity to purchase tickets to all potential postseason home games in their regular season ticket location(s). Based on the Phillies current standing in the National League, full season ticket holders will have the opportunity to purchase the Wild Card Games (3 games), Division Series (2 games), League Championship Series (4 games) and World Series (4 games). Official game dates and times will be announced in the coming weeks. Please note, all games in the Wild Card Round will be played at the home field of the team with the better record. If the Phillies are able to secure the top Wild Card spot in the National League, the Phillies would play the Wild Card Round at Citizens Bank Park.

2023 Full Season Postseason Payment Options:

1. Pay in Full by Monday, September 18

2. Two Installment Auto Payment Plan (debit/credit card is required for this option)

   • 50% deposit due by Monday, September 18

   • Remaining balance on Friday, October 6 (if the Phillies advance past the Wild Card round of the Postseason)

Ticket Access

For the 2023 Postseason and beyond, tickets will be available exclusively through the MLB Ballpark app and your My Tickets account. Accounts that pay in full or register for the two-installment auto payment plan by Monday, September 18, will have access to their tickets beginning the last week of September for the Wild Card Series. Future ticket access will be available prior to each subsequent postseason round.

Current 2023 Partial season ticket holders will have the opportunity to purchase four pre-selected potential postseason games for the like number of seats in their plan(s) for the regular season (e.g. if you have two seats on your partial plan in the regular season, you will have the opportunity to purchase two seats for each of the four pre-selected games) ... one game per round based on the following format:

Partial Season Ticket Holder Offer:

Select all 4 games and pay in full by Monday, September 18

• One Wild Card Series game
• One Division Series game
• One League Championship Series game
• One World Series game

Please note, all games in the Wild Card Round will be played at the home field of the team with the better record. If the Phillies are able to secure the top Wild Card spot in the National League, the Phillies would play the Wild Card Round at Citizens Bank Park.

The Phillies will determine your specific postseason games assigned. Postseason seat locations will differ from regular season seat location.

Ticket Access

Season Ticket Holders:

PLEASE NOTE: TICKETS RELATED TO POSTSEASON GAMES NOT PLAYED HAVE NO CASH VALUE.

Any unused postseason money will serve as a credit towards the renewal of your 2024 season tickets. Please note that tickets related to postseason games not played have no cash value and credit for their cost (net the processing charge(s) if the Phillies qualify for the postseason) will be applied to your 2023 season ticket balance.

Please note that notwithstanding any other statement to the contrary, the opportunity to renew Phillies season tickets is on a year-to-year basis as determined by the Phillies in its sole discretion. Ownership of 2023 season tickets and/or the purchase of 2023 playoff tickets does not create any right to purchase tickets to games beyond the 2023 season. Any oral or implied statement or action to the contrary is of no force and effect.
