Seat Upgrades at Citizens Bank Park

Seat upgrades are available on home game days for that specific game/date only (based upon availability and for the time frame listed below).

  • Upgrade tickets do not have a bar code and are NOT valid for entry into Citizens Bank Park. You must have a separate ticket for entry in order to use an upgrade ticket.
  • A limited number of seats in select sections may be available (based on inventory) for upgrades on game day.
  • Ticket upgrades are available 30 minutes before first pitch until 60 minutes after first pitch on the day of the game.
    • For example, upgrades offered on a given date, such as 5/3, would only be valid for the 5/3 game/date.
  • The opportunity for paid seat upgrades is based on seating availability.
  • All seat upgrades are 100% mobile. Tickets will be accessible in the MLB Ballpark app.

Please note that upgrades for future games will only be available on the specific game date during the 90-minute window referenced above (based upon availability).
