Peanut Reduced Suites

Event FAQs

Will Citizens Bank Park be Peanut Free on the following dates during the 2026 season: March 28, March 31, April 11, May 24?
No. Not all of Citizens Bank Park will be peanut free on these game dates. We are offering one Peanut Reduced Suite for each of these dates that will limit exposure to peanut fragments. Peanuts will be sold to the general public during the games. Attendees must complete, sign and submit a waiver via DocuSign no later than two weeks prior to the game.

How do I order tickets for one of these game dates?
To order tickets at $115 each, contact John West at 215-218-5109 or jwest@phillies.com. Please note, there is a limited number of tickets available for the applicable games in the Bill Giles Party Suite.

What is included in the $115 ticket?
In addition to providing entrance to the Bill Giles Party Suite, the ticket includes a peanut free menu. Please note this is not an all-you-can-eat menu; food and beverage quantities are limited.

How many tickets may I purchase?
Tickets in the Peanut Reduced Suites are reserved for fans with peanut allergies and their families. The maximum number of tickets available per family/entity is four (4).

Where will the tickets be located?
The tickets will be located in one of the Bill Giles Party Suites on the Arcade/Cadillac Hall of Fame Club level of Citizens Bank Park for applicable games. Tickets are reserved for individuals with peanut allergies and their families. The Bill Giles Party Suite will have seating for 40 people (32 fixed seats in front of the suite and 8 barstools inside the suite) for applicable games. It is possible, but highly unlikely that more than 40 people will be ticketed for each suite. You will only have access into the suite for which you have tickets. The suites are not interchangeable. There are no assigned seats for this event. Seating is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are recommended to arrive early. Please be considerate of other fans sharing the suite with you.

What is the best way to get to these seats?
For the least peanut-exposed path to your suite, we suggest you enter Citizens Bank Park via the West-Suite & Club Entrance, which is located on Citizens Bank Way. In the entrance lobby, take the elevator to the Arcade/Cadillac Hall of Fame Club level. Exit the elevator and the Bill Giles Party Suites will be located directly in front of you. Phillies personnel will check your ticket(s) and provide wristbands to access the suite.

Are the Phillies guaranteeing that neither my child(ren) nor I will have allergic reactions during our visit?
No. We are taking appropriate steps to attempt to create a safe environment, but we are not guaranteeing that allergic reactions will not occur. Attendees must complete, sign and submit a waiver via DocuSign before attending this event. First Aid is located on both the Main Concourse (Section 105) and Terrace Level Concourse (Section 318) and is staffed with medical personnel. You or your suite attendant will be able to contact them via the phone in the suite if needed by dialing ex. 5275.

At what age do children require a game ticket?
All children three years of age and above will need to have a ticket to the game. Please note that even if your child is young enough to not require a game ticket, you must submit a waiver for the child.

How do I get my tickets?
Tickets will be delivered to your mobile device through the MLB Ballpark app upon receipt of all waivers via DocuSign, which must be received no later than two weeks prior to the game. You may use the "forward" feature within the MLB Ballpark app to send tickets to your guests who have also submitted a signed waiver. Otherwise, tickets are non-transferable.

Where is the closest restroom and will it be Peanut Reduced as well?
The Bill Giles Party Suites do not include restrooms. There are public restrooms, as well as a family restroom, located on the concourse outside of the Bill Giles Party Suites. In addition, your ticket(s) allow access to the nearby Cadillac Hall of Fame Club, with restrooms located just inside the entry doors.

*Please Note: Peanut Reduced Suites does not mean peanut free. Peanuts will be present in other areas throughout the ballpark. The Phillies play in a venue where wind and other conditions outside of their control may impact the Peanut Reduced Suites. While reasonable efforts will be made including posting signs outside the Peanut Reduced Suites to restrict peanut products in direct neighboring suites and performing additional cleaning in advance, we cannot guarantee the absence of peanut particles and residue from either. Fans with peanut allergies should take all precautions that they customarily take in public places with potential exposure.
