Q. Will Citizens Bank Park be Peanut Free on the following dates during the 2018 season: April 29, May 13, June 8, July 3, July 20, August 3, August 17, September 2 and September 16?
A. No. Not all of Citizens Bank Park will be peanut free on these game dates. We are offering two Peanut Reduced Suites* that will limit exposure to peanut fragments. Peanuts will be sold to the general public during the games. Attendees must complete and sign a waiver (PDF) before entering Citizens Bank Park.
Q. How do I order tickets for one of these game dates?
A. To order tickets at $60 each, click on the "Buy Tickets" button above or contact Andrew Barry at 215-218-5106; email@example.com. Please note there is a limited number of tickets available in Corporate Party Suites 2 and 3 for each game date.
Q. What is included in the $60 ticket?
A. In addition to providing for entrance to Corporate Party Suite 2 or 3 for the game, the ticket includes a peanut free menu consisting of food & beverage (non-alcoholic).
Q. How many tickets may I purchase?
A. Tickets in the Peanut Reduced Suites are reserved for fans with peanut allergies and their families. The maximum number of tickets available per order is four (4).
Q. Where will the tickets be located?
A. The tickets will be located in Corporate Party Suites 2 and 3, located on the Suite Level of Citizens Bank Park. Please note: there are no assigned seats for this event in Corporate Party Suite 2 or 3. Seating is offered on a first come, first serve basis. Guests are recommended to arrive early.
Q. What is the best way to get to these seats?
A. For the least peanut exposed path to your suite, we suggest you enter Citizens Bank Park via the West-Suite & Club Entrance located on Citizens Bank Way. Upon entering the ballpark, take the elevator to the Suite Level. Once you exit the elevator lobby, make a right and cross the "bridge." Proceed to the left until you reach your suite.
Q. Are The Phillies guaranteeing that neither my child(ren) nor I will have allergic reactions during our visit?
A. No. We are taking appropriate steps to attempt to create a safe environment, but we are not guaranteeing that allergic reactions will not occur. Attendees must complete and sign a waiver (PDF) before attending this event. First Aid is located on both the Main (Section 105) and Terrace (Section 318) Level concourse and is staffed with medical personnel. Your suite attendant will be able to contact them via the phone in the suite if needed by dialing ex. 5275.
Q. At which age do children require a game ticket?
A. All children 3 years of age and above will need to have a ticket to the game.
Q. Where do I get my tickets?
A. A special ticket pick-up desk will be outside of the West-Suite & Club Entrance, exclusively for persons sitting in the Peanut Reduced Suites. Photo ID is required to pick up tickets. Each attendee will be required to complete and sign a waiver (PDF).
Q. Where is the closest restroom and will it be Peanut Reduced as well?
A. There is a restroom located in each Peanut Reduced Suite (Corporate Party Suites 2 and 3).
* Please Note: Peanut Reduced Suites does not mean peanut free. Peanuts will be present in other areas throughout the ballpark. The Phillies play in a venue where wind and other conditions outside of their control may impact the Peanut Reduced Suites. While reasonable efforts will be made including posting signs outside the Peanut Reduced Suites to restrict peanut products in direct neighboring suites and performing additional cleaning in advance, we cannot guarantee the absence of peanut particles and residue from either. Fans with peanut allergies should take all precautions that they customarily take in public places with potential exposure.
