Appeared in 36 games between the Rookie-level ACL Giants, Single-A San Jose, High-A Eugene and Double-A Richmond after returning to the field in late July...slashed .369/.493/.607 with six doubles, one triple, seven homers, 22 RBI and 31 runs scored in those games...Spent the first half of the season recovering from right shoulder surgery that he underwent in October 2024 while still with the Guardians organization...Spent a majority of his year at High-A Eugene, appearing in 21 games for the Emeralds while batting .364 with six homers and 15 RBI...Tabbed as the Northwest League's Player of the Week for the week of August 25-31, going 11-for-24 (.458) with five homers and 11 RBI in six games...Promoted to Double-A Richmond in September and went 12-for-31 (.387) with two extra-base hits and five RBI in nine games...Did equal damage versus lefties and righties, batting .342 versus left-handed pitching and .381 with all seven of his homers versus right-handed pitching...Made 22 starts at second base and 14 as the DH during his 2025 season.

Missed the second half of the season after suffering a right shoulder strain during a game on June 27 while playing for Double-A Akron in the Guardians system. Underwent surgery on his shoulder on October 16, 2024...Furman raked at High-A Lake County, hitting .338 with seven homers in 37 games before a promotion to Double-A Akron on June 3...Acquired by the Giants from Cleveland on August 26 as the PTBNL to complete the Alex Cobb move at the trade deadline. The other player acquired by SF in that trade was LHP Jacob Bresnahan.
