2025 POSTSEASON TICKETS
Any funds paid toward unplayed Postseason games will be issued as an account credit thirty (30) days after the Reds last postseason game for you to use on future purchases.
If you are a Season Ticket Member with a remaining balance on your 2026 renewal, your Postseason credit will be automatically applied to the balance at the time of the credit being applied. Any remaining credit after that will then be available for future purchases thirty (30) days after the Reds last postseason game.
If you’d prefer a refund instead, email ticketservices@reds.com and include your account number with your refund request.
Refunds
The face value of Postseason tickets (and parking, if applicable) from unplayed games will be automatically applied to a credit on your Reds account. If you prefer to be refunded, email ticketservices@reds.com and include your account number with your refund request.
