How do I get the special promotional code?
The special code is available in your reservation confirmation email. The code can only be used once. Tickets are based on availability, so we recommend that you purchase tickets immediately after booking your hotel.

Call Center agents may resend the confirmation email to the customer. If the code still does not work, please call the Reds Box Office at 513-765-7400, Option 3 to request a new code and purchase tickets.
Where do I purchase my Reds ½ price tickets?
After you book your hotel, you purchase your ½ price Reds tickets in a separate transaction. The link to purchase your Reds ½ price tickets is provided after you book your hotel room in your confirmation email. You are also given a special code that you must enter prior to purchasing your tickets. The code can only be used once.
How many tickets can I buy per game?
When a hotel is booked, you will then be able to purchase up to 14 tickets for the selected game. For group tickets of 14+, please contact Reds Group Sales directly at 513-765-7600.
Can I buy tickets for more than 1 game at a time?
