A proud native of Dayton, Ohio, Warren LeSell Williams serves as Vice President of Customer Success at LISNR, the leader in ultrasonic proximity data transmission. LISNR helps brands deliver seamless, secure, and context-aware experiences without relying on hardware, connectivity, or QR codes. Following the acquisition of Adren Labs, LISNR expanded its capabilities with Quest, a gamified loyalty and engagement platform. Powered by its Radius software, LISNR enables real-time presence detection, personalized interactions, and transactions-bridging the gap between digital and physical experiences in mobility, retail, fintech, and hospitality. Warren has been instrumental in shaping the company's customer engagement strategy, overseeing onboarding, implementation, and product support. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in the tech industry.
Warren is a passionate HBCU advocate and a 2009 graduate of Jackson State University, where he entered on a full football scholarship and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He currently serves as President of the JSU National Alumni Association, Greater Cincinnati Chapter. He earned his MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Marketing from UNC-Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2017, where he received the Leadership Initiative Distinction and was named Student Spotlight in November 2016 for his impact both inside and outside the classroom. He also completed the Urban League's African American Leadership and Development Program (Class XXI) in 2014.
Deeply committed to community service and youth development, Warren is Co-Founder of Cincinnati Young Black Professionals (CYBP), a former Board President of Orion Academy and Board Member at Alliance Academy (2012-2021), and has held numerous leadership roles within Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., including Past Polemarch and current Kappa League Mentor for the Cincinnati Alumni Chapter, Chairman of the East Central Province Nominating Committee, and Advisor to the Beta Eta Chapter at the University of Cincinnati. He also serves on the Community Advisory Council Board of the Cincinnati Reds.
His contributions have been recognized with several honors, including the Ray E. Clark Award from the Cincinnati Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi (2017), a mayoral proclamation declaring December 9, 2017 as Cincinnati Young Black Professionals Day, and the 2018 Affirmed Young Professional Award from the Urban League Young Professionals of Greater Southern Ohio.
Warren is married to his wife, Chanelle, and credits his family and close circle of friends for continually inspiring him to leave every space better than he found it.
