Red Sox Rewards is a program designed to reward Season Ticket Holders for your loyalty and dedication to the team. This program provides Members with access to some of the most memorable once-in-a-lifetime experiences that a Red Sox fan could ever want. And the best part? You earn rewards by doing the things you already do as a Season Ticket Holder. It’s our way of showing our appreciation to you, our most loyal fans.

All Season Ticket Holders are automatically enrolled in Red Sox Rewards!

No, it is a benefit that is included as part of your Season Ticket membership.

We appreciate all feedback and are always eager to assist you. All A, B, C, S, Half Season or 20 Game Winner plan holder can contact your Season Ticket Account Executive directly. Additionally, all plan holders can reach out to our Season Ticket Services team by phone at (877) RED-SOX9 or by email at [email protected].

The contact information that is listed in your Rewards Portal account is the information associated with your Red Sox Season Ticket account. All updates to your account information must be submitted in writing. If you need to update your phone number, email address, or mailing address, please email your Season Ticket Account Executive or [email protected] and include your season ticket account number, your current contact information and your new contact information. For more information, please contact your Season Ticket Account Executive or the Season Ticket Services department at (877) RED-SOX9.

Manage My Account

  2. Click on Red Sox Rewards then click the red Login button
  3. Log in using your credentials. If you cannot remember your credentials, please contact your Account Executive or call (877) RED-SOX9. If you do not have an account, please create one using the same email address that is on your Season Ticket account.

  2. Log in using your email and password
  3. Select Boston Red Sox as your favorite team and click next
  4. From the Today tab, tap on the gear icon in the top right corner
  5. Tap Loyalty Program
  6. Select Boston Red Sox Membership

Yes. When you download the Ballpark app, you will need to create or log in with an account. An account is free and easy to create directly from the Ballpark app or any webpage from the top navigation bar.

Click on the Forgot Password button. If you continue to have trouble, please contact your Account Executive or call (877) RED-SOX9.

Through the Ballpark app you will also have access to your Red Sox Rewards Card (for Season Ticket Holders only). In order to display your Red Sox Rewards card you will need to link your Rewards Account to your account.

We no longer offer physical cards. Your card can be accessed on your smartphone through the Ballpark app.

Earning Points

For the 2020 season, you will only have a Total Points Balance. There will be no Average Points balance which divides your Total Points by the number of seats in your account.

In addition, points will be earned on a flat basis and will not be multiplied out by the number of seats in your account. For example, if you enter a code word aired during a game broadcast, you will receive 20 points toward your Total Points Balance.

You will be able to earn points in the following ways

  • Entering code words displayed/announced on all NESN and WEEI game broadcasts (both home and away)
  • Answering trivia questions in the member portal
  • Answering Game Predictor questions in the member portal
  • Playing and winning Bingo in the Ballpark App

In addition, start-of-season bonuses will be awarded for the following:

  • Season Ticket Holder Tenure
  • Renewing Season Tickets using a MasterCard
  • Downloading the Ballpark App and logging in
  • Premium or Royal Rooters Membership

Due to health and safety restrictions around access to Fenway Park, we will not be awarding points for the following activities:

  • Game attendance
  • eCash Load/Auto Load/Spend

At some point during the television broadcast (on NESN only), the code word of the game will be featured in a Red Sox Rewards graphic on the bottom right hand of the screen as the game is returning from commercial break. The code word will also be announced at some point during the radio broadcast on WEEI. Log into the Red Sox Rewards Portal, look for the “Enter Code Words Here” box on the home page, and enter the code word to collect your points. And remember: the code words for the television and radio broadcasts are different.

Please note that in 2020, code words will be aired during all games on NESN and WEEI, not just road games.

Unfortunately you cannot buy points to add to your account. The only way to accumulate more points is to earn them.

Red Sox Rewards typically allows you to roll over 25% of your remaining Total Points balance into the following season. However, for 2020, you will be able to roll 100% of your remaining Total Points into the 2021 season.


Before the season starts you will receive points for each seat in your plan based on your tenure and status as a Season Ticket Holder:

You will also have the opportunity to earn “one-time” bonuses the first time you complete certain achievements

Each game you can earn Rewards points through a variety of ways

Finally, you will earn bonus points if you enter either the NESN or WEEI code word for a game. Bonus points are based on Red Sox in-game results below.

In-Game Result: Points:
A batter hits a home run 5 points
A batter hits a grand slam 25 points
A starting pitcher has 10+ strikeouts 25 points
A walk-off win 50 points
A starting pitcher throws a no-hitter 500 points

Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed on Rewards Auctions, and as inventory permits, on Marketplace and Raffle items. Please note that due to restrictions around access to Fenway Park, shipping of actual prizes will be delayed until Red Sox Ticket Office staff are permitted back into the office.

You will also have the option to roll 100% of your points earned in 2020 toward the 2021 season.

You can bid up to your current Total Points balance, either on a single auction or across several auctions. Once you win an auction, those points will be deducted from your total points balance. You can see your available points within each auction listing (“Total Points Available to Bid”), right above the bid entry box.

If you win an auction prize, you may not bid on that same experience again throughout the season. We would like as many unique members as possible to enjoy each experience.

Mark Wednesdays down in your calendars! Most auctions will run weekly, opening on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. and closing the following Wednesday at noon. Look for announcements in the member portal for any special auctions that run on a different schedule.

No. Points will only be deducted from your account if you win the auction.

No. Raffle entries are not refundable, win or lose.

Due to the removal of Average Points, we will not be classifying member tiers (e.g. Gold, Silver, Bronze) in 2020.


eCash is money that you load to your Rewards account that can be spent on food and beverages at select concession stands and club areas, as well as merchandise at the main Team Store at 19 Jersey Street. Simply scan your Red Sox Rewards card on mobile device at the register. You can only spend eCash via the Ballpark app through the digital barcode.

eCash is currently only redeemable in the Red Sox Team Store at 19 Jersey Street. As in the past, your balance will roll forward into the 2021 season pending renewal of your Season Ticket Plan.

Instead of making a one-time transaction to load eCash to your Rewards card, Auto Load allows you to link a credit card to your Rewards account. When your eCash balance falls below a certain amount, Auto Load will automatically charge your credit card and reload a specified amount of eCash to your Rewards account. These settings are available in the eCash section of the member portal.


We will not be awarding points for eCash use in the 2020 season.

If your season ticket plan is renewed the following year, you can rollover your eCash balance and it will remain in your Rewards account. If the season ticket account is cancelled or not renewed, the Red Sox will refund your balance.

We do not store any credit card information in the Red Sox Rewards portal. We use a credible PCI compliant payment gateway (Paya) to ensure that your information is absolutely secure. You will notice that all prompts to enter your payment information are being redirected to this website.
