What is Red Sox Rewards?

Red Sox Rewards is a program designed to reward Season Ticket Holders for your loyalty and dedication to the team. This program provides Members with access to some of the most memorable once-in-a-lifetime experiences that a Red Sox fan could ever want. And the best part? You earn rewards by doing the things you already do as a Season Ticket Holder. It’s our way of showing our appreciation to you, our most loyal fans.

Who is eligible for Red Sox Rewards?

All Season Ticket Holders are automatically enrolled in Red Sox Rewards!

Is there a cost to join?

No, it is a benefit that is included as part of your Season Ticket membership.

Who do I contact with questions, concerns, or suggestions about the program or my account?

We appreciate all feedback and are always eager to assist you. All A, B, C, S, Half Season or 20 Game Winner plan holder can contact your Season Ticket Account Executive directly. How do I change my contact name, address, or other account information?

The contact information that is listed in your Rewards Portal account is the information associated with your Red Sox Season Ticket account. All updates to your account information must be submitted in writing. If you need to update your phone number, email address, or mailing address, please email your Season Ticket Account Executive or [email protected] and include your season ticket account number, your current contact information and your new contact information. For more information, please contact your Season Ticket Account Executive or the Season Ticket Services department at (877) RED-SOX9.

Manage My Account

How do I log in to the portal on my desktop computer?

  1. Visit
  2. Click on the Red Sox Rewards image and then click Login
  3. Log in using your credentials. If you cannot remember your credentials, please contact your Account Executive or call (877) RED-SOX9. If you do not have an account, please create one using the same email address that is on your Season Ticket account.

How do I log in to the portal on my mobile device?

  1. Download MLB Ballpark on your mobile device
  2. Log in using your email and password
  3. Select Boston Red Sox as your favorite team and click next
  4. From the Today tab, tap on the gear icon in the top right corner
  5. Tap Loyalty Program
  6. Select Boston Red Sox Membership

Do I need an account?

Yes. When you download the MLB Ballpark app, you will need to create or log in with an account. An account is free and easy to create directly from the MLB Ballpark app or any webpage from the top navigation bar.

What happens if I forget my account or password to log in?

Click on the Forgot Password button. If you continue to have trouble, please contact your Account Executive or call (877) RED-SOX9.

How do I access my digital Red Sox Rewards card?

Through the MLB Ballpark app you will also have access to your Red Sox Rewards Card (for Season Ticket Holders only). In order to display your Red Sox Rewards card you will need to link your Rewards Account to your account. Once linked using the steps above, click the 'Show My Card' button on the Welcome screen.

How do I request a physical card?

We no longer offer physical cards. Your card can be accessed on your smartphone through the MLB Ballpark app.

Earning Points

How will point balances work in 2023?

For the 2023 season, points will be awarded on a per account basis and not per seat, unless specifically noted below (ticket scans only). All of these points will be deposited into a Total Points balance which can be spent on Auctions and Marketplace Items. Fan of the Month and Fan of the Year standings will be calculated by the total non-ticket points listed below, plus ticket scan points, which will be calculated in the following manner:

  • If any tickets from a member's season ticket plan are scanned at a game, a flat 50 points are awarded (regardless of number of seats or number of scans)
  • The maximum number of games for which you can get ticket points is 81 (plus postseason)

How do I earn points in 2023?

You will be able to earn points in the following ways:

  • Scan your tickets at the ballpark
  • Purchase concessions at the ballpark
  • Enter code words displayed/announced on all NESN and WEEI broadcasts (both home and away)
  • Enter in-park code words displayed on the New Balance scoreboard in the 8th inning
  • Correctly answer daily trivia questions in the member portal
  • Answer daily poll questions in the member portal

In addition, start of season bonuses will be awarded for the following:

  • Season Ticket Holder Tenure
  • Renewing Season Tickets using a Mastercard
  • Logging in to the Rewards portal
  • Premium or Royal Rooters Membership

How do I earn points for watching or listening to a game?

At some point during the television broadcast (on NESN only), the code word of the game will be featured in a Red Sox Rewards graphic on the bottom right hand of the screen as the game is returning from commercial break. The code word will also be announced at some point during the radio broadcast on WEEI. Log into the Red Sox Rewards Portal, look for the “Enter Promo” box on the home page, and enter the code word to collect your points. And remember: the code words for the television and radio broadcasts are different and code words will be aired during all games on NESN and WEEI, not just road games.

Can I purchase more points?

Unfortunately you cannot buy points to add to your account. The only way to accumulate more points is to earn them.

If I believe there was an error in my points calculation, what should I do?

If you believe that there is an error, please contact your Season Ticket Account Executive or email [email protected]. We will work to quickly address the problem.

Will my accrued points carry over from one season to the next?

Red Sox Rewards allows you to roll over 25% of your remaining Total Points balance into the following season.

* You will earn 50 points per ticket scanned regardless of who scans your ticket; this means if you sell or giveaway your tickets, you will still earn 50 points per seat. For purposes of the Fan of the Month/Year standings, you will receive a flat 50 points as long as a ticket from your Season Ticket Plan is scanned at the game.

** NESN and WEEI code words will be available for every game (home and away) and in-park code words will be available for home games.

*** The Sox Win, You Win points are awarded when the Red Sox win at home, and are triggered when the in-park code word is submitted.

Redeeming Points

What can I do with my points?

Points can be redeemed on Rewards Auctions, Sweepstakes, and Marketplace Items.

Can I suggest a potential reward?

Yes! We always encourage feedback and would love to hear from you. Please email [email protected] to submit a suggestion.

How many points can I bid on an auction?

You can bid up to your current Total Points balance, either on a single auction or across several auctions. Once you win an auction, those points will be deducted from your total points balance. You can see your available points within each auction listing (“Total Points Available to Bid”), right above the bid entry box.

Can I win an auction multiple times?

If you win an auction, you may not bid on that same experience again throughout the season. We would like as many unique members as possible to enjoy each experience.

How often do auctions run?

Mark Wednesdays down in your calendars! Most auctions will run weekly, opening on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. and closing the following Wednesday at noon. Look for announcements in the member portal for any special auctions that run on a different schedule.

If I don’t win an auction, do I lose the points I used to bid?

No. Points will only be deducted from your account if you win the auction.

eCash/Fenway Pay

What is Fenway Pay?

Fenway Pay is a process that allows you to link a credit card to your Rewards member barcode. You can then simply scan your member barcode at concessions or the Red Sox Team Store to have your purchase charged directly to your credit card. You will earn points and you won’t have the burden of having money tied up in eCash.

What is happening to eCash?

While you will no longer need to load eCash in order to earn points at concessions or the team store, any eCash you have remaining in your account from previous seasons is still available for you to use. Additionally, we will still offer eCash as part of some reward packages.

Will I receive points for using eCash?

Yes, you will continue to receive points for using any eCash remaining on your account. You will earn 1 point for every $5 spent.

Will I receive points for purchasing concessions?

Yes, you will receive 1 point for every $5 spent when using Fenway Pay.

Will I receive points for setting up Fenway Pay?

You will receive a one-time bonus of 200 points when you set up Fenway Pay with your Mastercard.

What happens to unused stored eCash in my account at the end of the season?

If your season ticket plan is renewed the following year, you can rollover your eCash balance and it will remain in your Rewards account. If the season ticket account is cancelled or not renewed, the Red Sox will refund your balance. This does not include gifted or promotional eCash which cannot be refunded to you.

What are the Red Sox doing to protect my credit card information? How secure is the Red Sox Rewards site?

We do not store any credit card information in the Red Sox Rewards portal. We use a credible PCI compliant payment gateway (Paya) to ensure that your information is absolutely secure. You will notice that all prompts to enter your payment information are being redirected to this website.
