OAKLAND, Calif. — Right-handed pitcher Angel Felipe had successful right elbow ulnar collateral ligament reconstruction (Tommy John) surgery this morning with Dr. Keith Meister at TMI Sports Medicine in Arlington, Texas. Felipe will miss the entire 2024 season.
