1. Click the 'REDEEM VOUCHERS' button for your preferred game to start the process.
2. If redeeming more than one (1) voucher, choose the number of tickets you would like to select in the dropdown field. You may enter up to three (3) vouchers for up to six (6) tickets in the same transaction.
3. Click the desired 'SECTION', then 'ROW', and finally the 'BUY' button next to each desired Seat. You may also utilize the Seat Map window on the right side of the screen to view the exact location of your desired seats.
4. Click the 'REVIEW ORDER' button to advance to the next screen.
5. Click the 'ADD DISCOUNT CODE' button and enter the code that is located on the front of your voucher and click 'ADD'.
6. If you have multiple codes, add your second code that is located on the front of your second voucher and click 'ADD'. Repeat as needed, up to three (3) vouchers per transaction.
7. When finished adding Discount Codes, click the 'DONE' button and then the 'CONTINUE TO PAYMENT' button.
8. Enter contact information and click 'BUY TICKETS'. Do not enter credit card information.
9. A confirmation email will be sent with instructions on how to access your tickets.

Please follow the below steps:

1. Download the MLB Ballpark app via the iOS App Store or the Android Google Play Store.
2. Log in to an existing MLB account or create a new account with the same email address used to buy your tickets.
3. If this is your first time accessing your tickets in the MLB Ballpark app, you may need to verify your email address by tapping the Profile icon in the top left hand corner and choosing "My MLB Account Emails," where you can have a verification email sent to the email address you used to purchase your tickets.
4. Click the VERIFY EMAIL link sent to your email inbox and your tickets will be accessible in the Tickets tab and Home tab.

How many vouchers can I redeem per game?

You may redeem a max of eight (8) vouchers per game

Is there a deadline to redeem my voucher?

Vouchers can be redeemed any time before first pitch, subject to availability. Voucher is eligible for 2024 regular season games only.
