LOUIS, Mo., April 8, 2021 – The Cardinals open their 2021 home slate with three games against NL Central foe Milwaukee Brewers (April 8, 10-11) followed by a three-game series with the Washington Nationals (April 12-14). - Ceremonial First Pitch: Cardinals Hall of Fame 3B Scott Rolen (who received votes for induction on 52.9% of all 2021 National Baseball Hall of Fame ballots this past January) will throw a ceremonial first pitch to current Cardinals 3B Nolan Arenado from the centerfield batter’s eye.
- Frontline Fans: Today, the Cardinals launch the Frontline Fans program to provide complimentary tickets for each Monday-Thursday home game to frontline and essential works whose roles were crucial in supporting society during health-related shutdowns. Today, a group of healthcare workers from St. Elizabeth Hospital in O’Fallon, Illinois will be recognized for their heroic efforts.
- Opening Day 50/50 Raffle: The drawing for the Opening Day 50/50 Raffle will take place on Sunday, April 11, at the end of the 7th inning during the final game of the Brewers series at Busch Stadium. 2021 CARDINALS HALL OF FAME FAN VOTING – ENDS SATURDAY, APRIL 17
In March, Steve Carlton, Keith Hernandez, Matt Morris, Edgar Renteria, and Lee Smith were nominated for possible induction into the St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Fame, presented by Edward Jones. The player with the most fan votes after voting concludes on Saturday, April 17, will be selected to join the 2020 Class of Tom Herr, John Tudor and Bill White for induction into the Cardinals Hall of Fame during an enshrinement ceremony on Saturday, August 21. Fans can cast their vote online at cardinals.com/HOF.

BUSCH STADIUM HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS – NEW FOR 2021
To begin the season, up to approximately 32% of capacity will be allowed to attend each game at Busch Stadium. A number of policies and protocols will be in place to ensure the health and safety of fans, employees, and players in 2021. View the protocols at cardinals.com/backatbusch.
FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE – NEW FOR 2021
The Cardinals Fan Food Guide is available at cardinals.com/food and via the MLB Ballpark app to help fans locate their favorite food and beverages at Busch Stadium.
In an effort to reduce transaction times and crowding, menu options have been slimmed down at concession stands. But don’t worry, all of the “Ballpark Favorites” will be available. Specialty menu items are tentatively scheduled to be added back to the menu later this season.
Concession locations will only accept credit/debit cards and digital wallet payments (e.g. Apple Pay, Samsung Pay or Google Pay) for payment. Guests can purchase a debit card using cash at the three Schnucks Grab ‘N’ Go Markets inside Busch Stadium with no fees. Debit cards are good at any location that accepts credit cards at the ballpark and any retailer outside the stadium.
BUSCH STADIUM PARKING – NEW FOR 2021
Fans can now purchase individual game day parking directly from the Cardinals in the Starr Lot located directly across the street from Gate 2, on the southwest side of Busch Stadium. Starr Lot parking can be purchased as part of your overall ticket purchase, or separately at cardinals.com/parking.
OFFICIAL TEAM STORE AT BUSCH STADIUM – NEW FOR 2021
The Official Cardinals Team Store at Busch Stadium features the area’s best selection of premium Cardinals merchandise and is open daily from 10 AM–6 PM. The Team Store will be closed to the public during home games and will close 15 minutes prior to gates opening.

BUSCH STADIUM BOX OFFICE – NEW FOR 2021
The Busch Stadium Box Office is open on game days from 10 AM until two hours after the scheduled game time. On non-game days, the Box Office is open Monday–Friday from 10 AM–5 PM. During limited capacity games, First Pitch and Military tickets will not be offered. Transactions at the Box Office will be cashless. Fans can inquire about tickets by calling 314-345-9000.

RE-ENTRY & SMOKING GATE – NEW FOR 2021
In order to provide the safest environment for all guests and staff, guests will not be permitted to exit and re-enter the facility during games. A designated smoking area is set up at Gate 1 to allow guests access in and out of the stadium if they wish to smoke. The designated smoking area is open from gate opening until the end of the 7th inning.
