Here's a look at Sunday's top Minor League performers from each team's Top 30 Prospects list:

AMERICAN LEAGUE EAST

Blue Jays: Patrick Murphy, RHP (No. 18) -- 8 IP, 2 H, 1 R, 2 BB, 7 K (Double-A New Hampshire)
Murphy retired the first 10 of the game and ultimately faced three over the minimum in the longest start of his career. He struck out seven and recorded another 10 outs on the ground, throwing 53 of 81 pitches for strikes in the no-decision. The performance was the best this season for the 23-year-old righty, who was added to Toronto’s 40-man roster this past offseason.

Orioles: Ryan Mountcastle, 1B (No. 2, MLB No. 67) -- 3-for-5, 2B, R (Triple-A Norfolk)
Mountcastle’s fifth double of the season was one of a team-high three hits he collected in Norfolk’s 7-1 win over Louisville. Behind multihit efforts in five of his last 10 games, the 22-year-old is hitting .295/.324/.495 with four home runs and 18 RBIs in 24 games.

Rays: Brendan McKay, LHP/DH (No. 3, MLB No. 28) -- 5 IP, 3 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 6 K (Double-A Montgomery)
Two-way McKay’s success on the mound continued Sunday as he allowed one or fewer runs for a third straight start. It also marked his second consecutive start completing five frames. The 23-year-old southpaw has been a bat-missing machine in his first Double-A campaign, registering 33 strikeouts (against four walks) in just 18 2/3 innings. He’s pitched to a 2.41 ERA in that span, while holding hitters to a .188 clip.

Red Sox: Pedro Castellanos, 1B (No. 27) -- 2-for-5, RBI, 2 R (Class A Adv Salem)
The 21-year-old had an RBI single that started the scoring in Salem’s seven-run first inning and later plated a run with a groundout to finish with two RBIs for a second straight day. He has four multihit performances in his last five games, during which he’s improved his average from .194 to .259.

Yankees: Frank German, RHP (No. 21) -- 5 IP, 6 H, 3 R, 0 BB, 3 K (Class A Adv Tampa)
German allowed four extra-base hits including a two-run homer but still managed to complete five innings for a second straight start. He did not issue a walk in the outing after issuing four free passes in his previous turn for Tampa. The Yankees sent the 21-year-old straight to the Florida State League even though he spent the bulk of his 2018 pro debut at the Class A Short Season level.

AMERICAN LEAGUE CENTRAL

Indians: James Karinchak, RHP (No. 30) -- 1 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 2 K (Double-A Akron)
The RubberDucks’ closer recorded his sixth save in as many chances, tossing a perfect ninth with two strikeouts to secure Akron’s 8-6 win over Bowie. The 23-year-old righty has been virtually untouchable through his first 10 appearances, allowing just a pair of hits and walks each while striking out 24 batters in 10 innings. In 2018, he racked up 81 strikeouts in 48 2/3 innings spanning three levels.

Royals: Kris Bubic, LHP (No. 9) -- 7 IP, 3 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 10 K (Class A Lexington)
Bubic’s double-digit strikeout performance was already his second of the season after he fanned 12 batters over six innings back on April 12. On Sunday, the 21-year-old southpaw struck out the side swinging in the second inning before finishing with seven swinging strikeouts. The 2018 No. 40 overall Draft pick leads the South Atlantic League with 45 strikeouts (in 29 innings) and is now 3-0 with a 1.86 ERA and 0.79 WHIP through five starts.

Tigers: Kody Clemens, 2B (No. 14) -- 1-for-2, HR (1), 2 RBI, BB (Class A Adv Lakeland)
Clemens’ first home run of the season was a solo shot in his first at-bat that put Lakeland on the board. He would later plate a run via a sacrifice fly and also walked once in the contest. The 2018 third-rounder is off to a somewhat slow start, with a .181/.256/.306 line through 20 games, though he has hit safely in three of his past four games.

Twins: Luke Raley, OF (No. 26) -- 2-for-3, solo HR (3), BB (Triple-A Rochester)
The 24-year-old outfielder’s solo homer in the sixth inning accounted for half of Rochester’s scoring on the day, and he also collected two of his team’s five hits in a 5-2 loss against Pawtucket. Raley had been 1-for-14 at the plate since his last multihit performance.

White Sox: Luis Robert, OF (No. 4, MLB No. 37) -- 1-for-2, solo HR (7), BB, HBP, SB (8) (Class A Adv Winston-Salem)
Robert hit a game-tying solo shot to left-center field in the sixth inning and reached base three times out of the leadoff spot as the Dash edged Frederick, 2-1. He had fanned in eight of his previous nine at-bats heading into the day after missing much of the past week with a minor injury. The 21-year-old is off to a terrific start, hitting .429/.494/.857 through his first 18 contests.

AMERICAN LEAGUE WEST

A’s: Parker Dunshee, RHP (No. 18) -- 8 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 1 HBP, 8 K (Double-A Midland)
Dunshee has now posted 15 straight scoreless innings for the RockHounds after he turned in the longest start of his career on Sunday, leading Midland past Northwest Arkansas, 4-1. The 24-year-old had an excellent first month of the season, registering a 1.74 ERA and a .204 BAA over 31 innings (five starts).

Angels: Matt Thaiss, 1B (No. 8) -- 2-for-3, HR (2), 3 RBI, 4 R, 2 BB (Triple-A Salt Lake)
Thaiss took hard-throwing reliever Justin Lawrence deep, hitting a go-ahead, three-run shot to right-center in the sixth inning. He reached base four times in the contest and scored a season-high four runs, pacing the Bees’ offense in a win over Albuquerque. The multihit performance was Thaiss’ fourth during his eight-game hitting streak, a stretch during which he’s boosted his season average from .216 to .296.

Astros: Jeremy Pena, SS (No. 27) -- Game 1: 2-for-3, 2 RBI, 2 R; Game 2: 1-for-3, BB, SB (5) (Class A Quad Cities)
Pena collected three hits on the day as the River Bandits and Clinton split a doubleheader. The 21-year-old shortstop is hitting .238/.326/.325 in his first taste of full-season after being drafted by Houston in the third round last June.

Mariners: Braden Bishop, OF (No. 11) -- 2-for-4, HR (3), 4 RBI (Triple-A Tacoma)
Bishop hit a three-run home in the third inning and also had a sacrifice fly as he drove in every run to lead Tacoma past Sacramento, 4-3. The 25-year-old outfielder has hit each of his three home runs this season in his past six contests and now has three multihit efforts in the last seven.

Rangers: Eli White, INF (No. 16) -- 3-for-4, HR (1), 2B, 2 RBI, 3 R, SB (Triple-A Nashville); Sam Huff, C/1B (No. 21) -- 2-for-5, HR (11), 2 R, SB (Class A Hickory)
White hit safely in both ends of Nashville’s doubleheader to extend his hitting streak to nine games. He did most of his damage in the opener, hitting his first home run of the season as part of a three-hit performance that included a stolen base. As for Huff, the South Atlantic League home-run leader has now gone deep seven times in his last nine games after hitting a first-inning solo shot on Sunday.

NATIONAL LEAGUE EAST

Braves: Ian Anderson, RHP (No. 3, MLB No. 30) -- 6 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 2 BB, 8 K; Ray-Patrick Didder, SS (No. 30) -- 2-for-4, 2 HR (2), 3 RBI (Double-A Mississippi)
Anderson earned the win in his longest and best start of the season for the M-Braves. The 20-year-old righty faced four over the minimum in the outing, throwing 57 of his 93 pitches for strikes. He had struggled to work deep into games this season, issuing a combined 13 walks and completing no more than 4 2/3 innings in his previous four starts, before putting it all together on Sunday. Didder backed Anderson’s strong outing with his first career multi-homer performance in 545 games.

Marlins: Zac Gallen, RHP (No. 18) -- 8 IP, 2 H, 2 R, 1 BB, 7 K (Triple-A New Orleans)
Gallen allowed a pair of solo homers but was otherwise masterful, striking out seven in his longest start of the season. A winner of three straight, the 23-year-old righty seems poised for his first Major League callup after posting a 0.81 ERA, 0.57 WHIP and 38/5 K/BB in 33 1/3 innings (five starts) for the Baby Cakes.

Mets: Luis Carpio, INF (No. 30) -- 1-for-3, 2B, R (Class A Adv St. Lucie)
Carpio’s second double of the season was one of four hits collected by St. Lucie as they fell to Florida, 3-2. After hitting for more power but little average last year in the Florida State League, the 21-year-old has kicked off his second tour of the circuit by hitting .302/.426/.419 over his first 17 games.

Phillies: Rafael Marchan, C (No. 14) -- 2-for-4, 2 RBI (Class A Lakewood)
Marchan, 20, tallied multiple knocks for a third time in his past five games and also drove in a pair in Lakewood’s loss against Hickory. The switch-hitting backstop is hitting .300 on the season, with six doubles, six RBIs and more walks (7) than strikeouts (5) through 15 games.

Nationals: Wil Crowe, RHP (No. 4) -- 5 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 4 BB, 4 K (Double-A Harrisburg)
Make it back-to-back scoreless starts for Crowe, who’s now won three of his five starts for the Senators. He issued a season-high four walks on Sunday but also allowed just two hits, throwing 59 of his 88 pitches for strikes in the outing. The 2017 second-round pick lowered his ERA and WHIP to 0.96 and 0.86, respectively, with the performance, and he’s now racked up 25 strikeouts while holding hitters to a .189 average in 28 innings.

NATIONAL LEAGUE CENTRAL

Brewers: Brice Turang, SS (No. 3) -- 2-for-3, R, 2 BB (Class A Wisconsin)
The Brewers’ 2018 first-rounder recorded a team-high two hits and reached base four times from the leadoff spot, pacing the Timber Rattlers’ offense in a 5-4 win over Burlington. The 19-year-old shortstop is off to a terrific start in his first full season, sporting a .333/.441/.440 batting line with seven extra-base hits and five steals after Sunday’s performance.

Cubs: Aramis Ademan, SS (No. 6) -- 2-for-4, HR (2), 2B, 5 RBI (Class A Adv Myrtle Beach)
Both of Ademan’s hits went for extra bases, as he hit a two-run double in the second inning before connecting on a three-run homer to right field in the sixth to finish with a career-high five RBIs. The 20-year-old shortstop is already having a bounceback campaign, hitting .286/.435/.510 through 16 games after a challenging 2018 season in which he hit .207/.291/.273 in the Carolina League at age 19.

Cardinals: Jake Woodford, RHP (No. 24) -- 6 2/3 IP, 4 H, 1 R, 3 BB, 6 K (Triple-A Memphis)
Woodford, 22, nearly went the distance as he fell one out short of a complete game in the opener of the Redbirds’ doubleheader. He still earned the win, completing at least six frames for a third straight outing while lowering his season ERA to 1.20. Through five starts, he’s allowed as many hits as walks (15) while striking out 25 in 30 innings.

Pirates: Jared Oliva, OF (No. 12) -- 2-for-4, 2B, 2 RBI, SB (Double-A Altoona)
The 23-year-old outfielder’s two-run double in the sixth inning proved key in helping the Curve defeat Richmond, 8-6, on Sunday. In 2018, Oliva produced a .275/.354/.424 line with 37 extra-base hits (9 HR) and 33 steals over 108 games in the Florida State League.

Reds: Jimmy Herget, RHP (No. 18) -- 4 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 3 K (Triple-A Louisville)
Making his 187th relief appearance in the Minor Leagues, Herget turned in the longest outing of his career, allowing two baserunners over four scoreless innings. He threw 50 pitches, 33 for strikes. In his previous relief appearance, the 25-year-old righty had allowed five earned runs on four walks and one hit while recording only two outs.

D-backs: Dominic Miroglio, C (No. 26) -- 2-for-4, solo HR (1), 2B (Double-A Jackson)
Miroglio produced a pair of extra-base hits on Sunday, including his first home run of the season. The 24-year-old backstop is starting to heat up at the plate, with six hits in his last five games, and behind it he’s thrown out 4-of-9 attempted basestealers.

Dodgers: Dustin May, RHP (No. 2, MLB No. 65) -- 5 IP, 4 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 1 HBP, 7 K (Double-A Tulsa)
May led the way by tossing five scoreless innings as Tulsa blanked Corpus Christi, 5-0. He struck out seven, nearly matching the combined total from his last two starts, while scattering four singles. The 21-year-old posted a 1.50 ERA, 0.96 WHIP and 27/7 K/BB in 24 innings (five starts) during the first month of the season.

Giants: Shaun Anderson, RHP (No. 4) -- 6 IP, 5 H, 3 R, 2 BB, 9 K (Triple-A Sacramento)
Anderson allowed a third-inning three-run homer to Braden Bishop but otherwise pitched well, striking out a career-high nine while throwing 56 of his 85 pitches for strikes over six innings. He has 29 strikeouts in 24 2/3 innings this season to go along with a 4.01 ERA.

Padres: Esteury Ruiz, 2B (No. 27) -- 2-for-4, RBI, R, 3 SB (Class A Adv Lake Elsinore)
Setting aside Luis Urias and his historic day for El Paso ... Ruiz had a pair of hits and also swiped three bags, giving him 10 steals in 12 attempts in 20 games this season. The 20-year-old was one of the more accomplished basestealers in the Minors in 2018, when he stole 49 times (in 60 attempts) over 117 games in the Midwest League.

Rockies: Brendan Rodgers, INF (No. 1, MLB No. 9) -- 2-for-5, 2B, 4 RBI (Triple-A Albuquerque)
A day removed from collecting five hits and homering in both ends of the Isotopes’ doubleheader, Rodgers continued to rake on Sunday with a two-run single and two-run double. It was the 22-year-old’s fifth consecutive multihit performance -- a stretch during which he’s hitting .546 (12-for-22) with seven extra-base hits and 10 runs scored. Overall, Rodgers has hit .326/.398/.605 with five homers and seven doubles in 22 games.
