MLB Pipeline’s coverage leading up to the 2019 Major League Baseball Draft continues tonight with a Top 100 Draft Prospects show that can be seen on MLB Network and MLB.com at 10 p.m. ET.

MLB Pipeline Draft experts Jim Callis and Jonathan Mayo will join MLB Network's Harold Reynolds and Greg Amsinger to discuss their freshly updated Top Draft Prospects list, as well as what they've both been hearing regarding the latest Draft buzz.

The 2019 Draft will take place from Monday, June 3, through Wednesday, June 6, beginning with the Draft preview show on MLB Network and MLB.com starting at 6 p.m. ET on Monday. MLB Network will broadcast the first 41 picks (Round 1 and Competitive Balance Round A), while MLB.com will stream all 78 picks on Day 1. MLB.com will also provide live pick-by-pick coverage of Rounds 3-10 on Day 2, beginning with a preview show at 12:30 p.m. ET. Then, Rounds 11-40 can be heard live on MLB.com on Day 3, beginning at noon ET.

Oregon State catcher Adley Rutschman is this year’s top-ranked Draft prospect and has long been the favorite to be selected by the Baltimore Orioles with the No. 1 overall pick. He's an elite prospect with skill as a hitter and behind the dish and is considered one of the best prospects in contention for the top pick in recent Draft history.

But while Rutschman may be the projected top pick, there are quite a few compelling players right there with him at the top of the draft board. Vanderbilt recruit Bobby Witt Jr., the son of 16-year MLB pitcher Bobby Witt and the No. 1 high school prospect (No. 2 overall) in the 2019 class, is very much in the mix as a highly projectable shortstop with 20-homer/20-steal upside and the potential to stick around defensively up the middle. As a senior at Colleyville Heritage High School, he batted .519/.579/1.117 with 14 homers and 17 steals en route to 2019 Gatorade National Player of the Year honors.

First baseman Andrew Vaughn (No. 3 overall), winner of prestigious Golden Spikes Award in 2018 as a Cal sophomore, is viewed by many scouts as the best pure hitter in this year’s class. Outfielder Riley Greene (No. 6) owns the distinction as the top prep hitter, and CJ Abrams (No. 4) is one of the fastest, while Vanderbilt’s JJ Bleday (No. 5) and Hunter Bishop (No. 7) are two of the country’s premier sluggers.
