Appeared in 76 games with Triple-A Lehigh Valley and hit .159 (41-for-258) with seven doubles, eight home runs, 25 RBI, 13 walks and six stolen bases...Recalled by the Phillies on Sept. 7 and, on Sept. 8 at Marlins, made his first Major League start since July 7, 2022 with Reds...Played three games with the Phillies before being designated for assignment on Sept. 15 and was outrighted to Lehigh Valley on Sept. 17...Signed by the D-backs as a Minor League free agent on Nov. 19, 2024.

2023

Was a non-roster invitee to Phillies ML Spring Training...Went 12-for-56 in throwing out attempted base stealers in 49 games (48 starts) at catcher for Lehigh Valley (AAA)...Ranked sixth on the IronPigs with 14 HR...25 of his 49 hits went for extra bases (51.0%)...Spent time on the IL twice, with a left thumb contusion from 4/16-4/28 and with a left finger dislocation from 5/27-7/5; included a rehab assignment to Jersey Shore (A) from 7/1-5.

2022

Was a non-roster invitee to Spring Training with CIN and made the Opening Day roster...Was on the 10-day IL with a left middle finger sprain, 7/7-10/3; included a rehab assignment to Louisville (AAA)...In 15 games before the injury, hit .387 (12-31)...Activated on 10/4 and played in the final two games of the season.

2021

Spent the season with the Athletics (32g) and their Class AAA affiliate in Las Vegas (30g)...Just before Spring Training was traded from the Rangers to the A's...On 9/20 was designated for assignment...Two days later was released...Following the season played for Leones del Escogido in the Dominican Winter League (9g, .182, 1rbi)...On 11/29 was signed by the Reds to a minor league contract with an invitation to 2022 Major League Spring Training camp...wore #76 during 2022 spring training camp.

2020

Injured his right hip in December 2019 while playing in the Dominican Winter League…underwent surgery on his right hip labrum on Feb. 6, 2020, with the procedure performed by Dr. Marc Philippon in Vail, Col…was placed on the Giants 60-day injured list on March 10…spent the majority of the season undergoing rehab followed by baseball activities at San Francisco’s minor league complex in Scottsdale, Ariz…was designated for assignment on Nov. 20 and claimed off waivers by Texas on Nov. 25.

2019

Had four different stints with the Giants, appearing in 18 total games with San Francisco.... Recalled from triple-A on May 9 as the Giants placed C Buster Posey on the 7-day concussion list. ...appeared in three games (two starts) and went 1-for-6 before being optioned May 16, with Posey coming off the IL.... Recalled from Triple-A on June 2 with Posey landing on the IL...appeared in just three games before being
optioned back on June 12.... Recalled again August 13, taking roster spot of LHP Conner Menez (optioned)...appeared in one game before being optioned back to Triple-A on August 15.... Recalled from Triple-A for the fourth and final time on September 1.... Hit .271 (90-for-332) with 20 doubles, 16 homers and 55 RBI in 89 games with the River Cats.

2018

Recalled from triple-A on August 26 to replace Buster Posey, who was placed on the injured list...Made his Major League debut August 31 vs. the Mets... hit a solo home run for his first career hit...became the 18th Giant since 1919 to hit a home run for his first MLB hit in his first career game and the first since Jae-Gyun Hwang on June 28, 2017 vs. Colorado...is the second Giants catcher to have his first hit be a home run in his first MLB game, joining Eliezer Alfonzo (June 3, 2006 at the Mets)...Hit .279 with one double, four homers and nine RBI in his 17 starts (10 games at 1B, seven at catcher)...Led the team in home runs (four) and was tied for the team lead in RBI (nine) from August 31 (day of his MLB debut) to the end of the season...his 18 hits in that time were fourth-most on the team...Spent most of the season with double-A Richmond... hit .233 with 11 home runs in 80 games...was promoted to triple-A on August 7 and hit .237 in 10 games for the River Cats...His first two career hits came in the 8th inning of his first MLB game on August 31 vs. NYM...according to Elias, it marked the first time a Giants player had his first two Major League hits come in the same inning in the modern era (since 1900)...Recorded a career-best four hits on September 22 at STL, a day after he had four strikeouts, to become just the second Giants player since 1913 to have at least four strikeouts one game and at least four hits in the next game (Hunter Pence also did it from July 22-24, 2015...the last rookie to do it was LAD's Andre Ethier in 2006) (Stats, LLC).

2017

Started the season with Class A Advanced San Jose Giants and hit .272 (88-for-324) with 20 doubles, 17 home runs and 65 RBI in 81 games...Was promoted to double-A Richmond in early August and hit .282 (22-for-78) with 11 runs, 12 doubles and eight RBI in 22 games...Was named to the California League midseason and post-season All-Star teams...Was named Player of the Week on April 16... hit .400 (12-for-30) with three home runs and 12 RBI from April 8-April 15...Landed on the disabled list April 21 with a concussion after being struck on the facemask by a swing the day before.

2016

Appeared in just 41 games with Class A Advanced San Jose, batting .257 with two home runs and 20 RBI...missed 71 games after suffering a facial fracture while sliding into second base on May 22 in Rancho Cucamonga...Had a six-game rehabilitation assignment in the AZ League (5-for-22, .227 avg.)...Entered the year ranked as the seventh-best prospect in the San Francisco Giants organization according to Baseball America. 

2015

Named a mid-season All-Star for the South Atlantic League...played most of the season with Augusta (low-A) and hit .273 (87-for-319) with 15 home runs and 61 RBI in 83 contests...Spent the last month of the season with San Jose (high-A) and batted .227 (17-for-75) in 20 games... hit .333 in seven postseason games for San Jose (second on the team)...clubbed two home runs in the playoffs and also had a game-winning RBI single in the ninth inning of Division Series Game 3...Ranked by Baseball America as the Giants' 16th-best prospect entering the 2016 season.
