The field trips are an interactive and engaging experience for students with a variety of educational elements that fit into the Arizona Standards.
Grant Programs
The Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation is honored to distribute funds to our community non-profit organizations through our Community Grants and Ken Kendrick Grand Slam Awards programs. To date, the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation has awarded more than 1,300 grants totaling over $12 million since 1998 as part of its charitable grant program.
Outstanding Students
For your student's outstanding performance during the current school year, the Arizona Diamondbacks would like to invite them to be our guest at a D-backs home game! To recognize your student's achievements during the school year, they will receive a free D-backs game ticket and hat, and the opportunity to be recognized on the field during our Outstanding Student pregame ceremony. Please check back for more information.
Science of Baseball Program
Launched in 2013, the Arizona Diamondbacks Science of Baseball is a series of programs and initiatives that promote the importance of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). The goal is to translate the American love of baseball into an appreciation, understanding, and passion of the science and mathematics underlying the sport.
