Jhonny Level’s breakout 2026 season is not slowing down. In fact, it's speeding up.
Level, the Giants’ No. 4 prospect and MLB Pipeline’s No. 47 prospect overall, managed a four-hit night on Friday for High-A Eugene. It was already his second four-hit game in a torrid August and his fourth such game this year. Eugene, however, couldn’t pull away in a 12-10 loss to Vancouver in extra innings at Everett Memorial Stadium.
Level doubled in the first inning and promptly stole third base, scoring his first of two runs on a Cam Maldonado sacrifice fly. He singled and stole second in the fourth but was stranded there. Level singled again in the sixth, knocking in his first of two RBIs, but was then picked off of first base.

Level singled once more in the eighth, stole his third bag of the night (23rd of the season) and scored a game-tying run on a Maldonado double. Level finished his 4-for-5 night with a 10th-inning sacrifice fly, drawing things to 12-10 after Vancouver scored three in the top half of the frame. Eugene then recorded its final out with runners on second and third, bringing the barnburner to an end.
