AED Machines

(Automated External Defibrillators)

A total of 14 AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators) have been installed throughout the ballpark. Each location houses an alarmed cabinet with AED and first aid kit. Prominent overhead signage denotes each AED location.

ATMs

(Bank of America)

ATMs are located outside of Oracle Park near the Willie Mays Gate and 2nd & King Street gate. Inside the park, ATMs are located on the Promenade Level near the Second and King Street elevators and Lefty O'Doul Stairs; near the Guest Services Desk on the Club Level; and near the Willie Mays Lobby on the View Level.

In an effort to limit contact points and minimize lines, cash is not accepted at concession stands or with in-seat vendors. Oracle Park offers fee-free cash-to-card machines at the following locations:

  • Promenade, Section 118 adjacent to the Guest Services desk on the Promenade Level behind Home Plate
  • View Reserve, Section 313
  • Promenade, Section 144 under the scoreboard, adjacent to the Coors Light Bar

Baby Changing Areas

Baby changing tables are available in all public restrooms at Oracle Park. There are also two nursing areas, presented by UCSF Health available to all mothers. The Nursing Room, presented by UCSF Health is located behind home plate on the Club Level (3rd level). Open to all ticketholders, check in at the Guest Services desk adjacent to the elevator lobby. Non-Alaska Airlines Club Level ticket holders may access the room via the Willie Mays elevator or adjoining stairwell. Open from when gates open until the end of the game. The Nursing Pod, presented by UCSF Health is located below the centerfield bleachers, adjacent to the Edible Garden. The pod is wheelchair accessible and includes seating, a mirror and an outlet. Access is granted via a door code available with nearby Team Members. Open from when gates open until the end of the game.

Charging Stations

In partnership with Zappy, fans can rent a portable phone charging battery from multiple locations throughout Oracle Park.

Elevators & Escalators

The elevators at Willie Mays Plaza and Second Street Plaza provide access to all levels of the park. The elevators at Lefty O'Doul and Seals Plaza provide access to the Promenade Level only. In addition, at Willie Mays Plaza there are three escalators, which move guests up before and during the game and change direction after the sixth inning to bring guests down after the game.

Ferry Landing

Located at Seals Plaza/Marina Gate (China Basin Ferry Landing).

First Aid

The First Aid Station, located on the Promenade Level behind Section 132, is open during all baseball games to provide evaluation and treatment to guests for minor medical needs. Dignity Health's physicians, nurses and emergency medical personnel are based in the First Aid Station. King American Ambulance Service is available for medical emergencies.

Gotham Club

The Gotham Club is a private, speakeasy-style social club that provides members-only experiences while celebrating the rich history of the Giants franchise. Members receive game-day access to the following Club spaces throughout Oracle Park: The Clubhouse is located behind the out-of-town scoreboard and can be accessed via an exterior Portwalk entrance, adjacent to the Loft, or through an interior entrance near Landers Landing. The Game Room is located on the Suite Level and may be accessed via the Willie Mays Suite Lobby elevators. For more information, please call (415) 972-1883 or visit gc1883.com.

Guest Services

Guest Services personnel are available at the Guest Services Desk, located behind home plate on the Promenade Level, for wheelchair requests, lost and found items, information about public transportation, stroller check, lost or found children and parents, and a variety of other services. Concierge personnel are available to assist guests on the Club and Oracle Suite levels, near the Willie Mays elevators.

Lefty O'Doul Plaza/Bridge

Lefty O'Doul Plaza is located at Third and Berry streets outside the Lefty O'Doul gate. The Lefty O'Doul Bridge is adjacent to the Lefty O'Doul Plaza gate and is the primary connector between the ballpark and Mission Rock, Lot A and Pier 48. View Oracle Park Gate Map

Levels/Accessibility

Oracle Park has five levels, with various access requirements. Guests may sit only in the seat(s) for which they have tickets.

  • Blue Shield Field Club (Level 1): Accessible to guests with a game ticket for the following seating categories: Blue Shield Field Club, Carmax Field Box, The Loft at McCovey Cove, Candlestick Suite, Champions Suite, Dugout Club, Batter's Box, Legends Club, Dockers Deck, Dugout Box, Press Club, Promenade Patio Tables and Suite Level.
  • Promenade Level (Level 2 - Main Concourse): Accessible to all guests with a game ticket.
  • Club Level (Level 3): Accessible to guests with a game ticket for the following seating categories: Club Level, Blue Shield Field Club , The Loft at McCovey Cove, Candlestick Suite, Carmax Field Box, Champions Suite, Dugout Club, Batter's Box, Dockers Deck, Legends Club, Dugout Box, Press Club, Promenade Patio Tables and Suite Level.
  • Suite Level (Level 4): Accessible to guests with a ticket for the Suite Level or Gotham Club.
  • View Level (Level 5): Accessible to all guests with a game ticket.

Nursing Rooms

presented by UCSF Health

The Nursing Room, presented by UCSF Health is located behind home plate on the Club Level (3rd level). Open to all ticketholders, check in at the Guest Services desk adjacent to the elevator lobby. Non Club Level ticket holders may access the room via the Willie Mays elevator or adjoining stairwell.

The Nursing Pod, presented by UCSF Health is located below the centerfield bleachers, adjacent to the Edible Garden. The pod is wheelchair accessible and includes seating, a mirror and an outlet. Access is granted via a door code, available from nearby Team Members. Open from when gates open until the end of the game.

Police Station

Located behind Section 131 in the stairwell off the Promenade Level, the Security Office opens when gates open to the public, and remains open until approximately one hour after the completion of the game.

Press Locations

Press Boxes are located on the Promenade and Club Levels.

  • Bob Stevens Press Box: Bob Stevens Press Box: The Bob Stevens Press Box is located on the Promenade Level of Oracle Park, directly above Sections 113-117. The entrance to the press box can be accessed via the media elevator or adjacent stairwell from the Blue Shield Field Club Level walkway. The press box is a working area for the news media and no cheering or other distracting noise is permitted at any time. Anyone violating this policy will be asked to leave the premises. Persons without credentials will not be admitted.
  • Hodges-Simmons Broadcast Center: All broadcast booths for live game coverage are located at the Hodges-Simmons Broadcast Center on the Club Level of Oracle Park (one level above the press box). From the Blue Shield Field Club Level walkway, take the media elevator or adjacent stairwell to the Club Level to access the broadcast booths. Persons without credentials will not be admitted. Booth 10 is the Visiting General Manager's box. The Broadcast Center can also be accessed from the Club Level near Section 219.
  • Sam Skinner Media Lounge: The Sam Skinner Media Lounge is located directly behind the broadcast booths on the Club Level. The lounge is open for pre-game meal service beginning two hours prior to game time to accredited media members only. There is a nominal charge for meals.
  • Nick Peters Media Interview Room: The Nick Peters Media Interview Room is located adjacent to the Giants clubhouse on the Blue Shield Field Club (service) level of the ballpark. The room will be used for media conferences and other special interviews.

Promenade Level

The Promenade Level is the main concourse level at Oracle Park.

Restrooms

There are 52 public restrooms (21 for men, 21 for women and 10 for families) located on all levels throughout the ballpark. All public restrooms are accessible. Restrooms on the Promenade and View levels are painted yellow for easy identification, and all contain baby-changing tables.

Scoreboard Plaza

This large plaza is located on the Promenade Level directly behind the main scoreboard beyond centerfield.

Seals Plaza at Marina Gate

Located behind center field, this waterfront entrance to the ballpark features a statue honoring San Francisco's first professional baseball team-the Seals. Designed by Alfredo Osorio, the statue is a likeness of the team's logo-a seal balancing a baseball on its nose. Seals Plaza is also the entrance to the China Basin Ferry Terminal. Second and King Street Gate - Plaza

The Second Street Gate is located at Second and King Streets and is one of four elevator entrances to the ballpark. The plaza area is the only plaza at Oracle Park located inside the park's gates. A ramp and elevator are available for accessible use to the Oracle Luxury Suites at this entrance. There is no Blue Shield Field Club Level access at this entrance. View Oracle Park Gate Map

Water Fountains/Refilling Stations

Water fountains are available on all concourses, next to the restrooms on the first and third base side.

Willie Mays Gates/Plaza

Serving as the main entrance to the ballpark, the Willie Mays Gates are located at the corner of Third and King Streets. The plaza features 24 palm trees, in recognition of Mays' jersey number. An 8½-foot bronze statue of Mays was unveiled in the plaza when the ballpark opened on March 31, 2000. A ramp, escalator and elevator are available at this entrance. Will Call/Box Office

Open on gamedays only, Will Call is located at the Box Office on King Street. Will Call windows open two and a half hours prior to the scheduled first pitch.
