Log in with your MLB.com email and password
Click Vouchers (left hand side)
From a mobile device:
Tap Redeem Vouchers or visit www.sfgiants.com/mysftix
Log in with your MLB.com email and password
Tap the 3 bar icon (top right) to access the menu
Tap My SF Tix, then Vouchers

Follow Access steps, then:
Select the voucher offer
At the bottom of the voucher detail page, click Voucher Actions then Redeem
Select the voucher(s) you wish to redeem, then click Redeem/Continue (the maximum number of vouchers redeemed into one game varies)
From the Ballpark Map, choose a highlighted section in your eligible seating area
Click on the price (right hand side) and Add to Cart
Tickets will be mobile only via the MLB Ballpark app
Agree to the terms and click Place Order
Access your tickets via the MLB Ballpark app. Click here for instructions
How to Forward Vouchers
Follow Access steps, then:
Select the voucher offer
At the bottom of the voucher detail page, click Voucher Actions then Forward
Select the voucher(s) you wish to forward and click Continue/Forward (vouchers can only be forwarded to one recipient at a time)
Select a friend or click Add Friend (bottom of the page)
After a friend has been selected, click Forward Vouchers. The recipient will be sent instructions on how to access.

- Enter the voucher code, then tap Add
- Repeat if you have other voucher codes you wish to redeem for seats together

Select the calendar date March 1, 2027. This date selection does not impact your 2027 redemption.
Click Claim Voucher.
Click Buy Seats. The quantity of vouchers will reflect the number of tickets you purchased.
Complete the checkout process.

Offer valid from September 1, 2026 through September 23, 2026. Fans who purchase qualifying full-price, single-game tickets through this offer to any San Francisco Giants regular season home game at Oracle Park in September 2026 will receive one (1) ticket voucher for each ticket purchased, which may be redeemed on sfgiants.com for a ticket to eligible March through May 2027 regular season home games at Oracle Park, subject to availability. Maximum of 14 tickets and 2027 Fan Appreciation Vouchers. This offer does not apply to discounted or promotional tickets, including special event, student, senior, military, employee or group tickets, and vouchers received through this offer may not be redeemed for tickets to Opening Day 2027. The voucher value and eligible seating area are based on the original ticket purchased, and the exact game date and seating location available for redemption vary by game and are subject to availability. All vouchers must be redeemed no later than the final eligible 2027 regular season home game. If a game redeemed with a voucher is cancelled, rescheduled or not played for any reason, the value of the voucher will be credited to the original ticket purchaser's account for use toward tickets for future regular season games and shall not be eligible for a cash refund. In the event of any changes to the regular season schedule, the applicable redemption window will be adjusted accordingly, and unredeemed vouchers will remain valid for redemption toward eligible regular season home games within such adjusted redemption window. Vouchers are non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or credit. This offer cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. All sales are final. Ticket Restrictions: (a) Vouchers issued through this offer are not available to ticket brokers or ticket resellers; (b) Tickets redeemed with vouchers may not be resold or otherwise distributed to individuals not personally associated with the original ticket purchaser; and (c) any sale, attempted sale, or transfer of vouchers or tickets redeemed with vouchers in violation of these restrictions is prohibited. Vouchers or tickets redeemed, sold, or transferred in violation of these Ticket Restrictions will be revoked without refund. The San Francisco Giants reserve the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time, except with respect to vouchers already issued.
