How to redeem your vouchers online for game tickets:

1. Click the link above that corresponds to your type of voucher
2. Log in to My Pro Venue or Create Account
3. Click the 3 bar icon (top right) and select Vouchers
4. Vouchers purchased online will automatically be listed. Costco vouchers need to be saved to your account prior to redemption
   - Click here for further instructions on how to save your Costco vouchers
5. Click Voucher Actions, then select Redeem
   - Select the voucher(s) you wish to redeem
   - Redeem a single voucher or multiple vouchers in a single transaction
6. Select seats using the interactive map or from the provided list
7. Proceed to checkout
   - Once the transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from [email protected]
8. Access your tickets via the MLB Ballpark app

Forward your vouchers to others so they can redeem for game tickets:

Follow steps 1-4 above, then:

1. Click Voucher Actions, then select Forward
2. Select the voucher(s) you wish to forward
3. Forward a single voucher or multiple vouchers in a single transaction
4. Select a friend or click Add Friend
5. After a friend has been selected, click Forward Vouchers
6. The recipient will be sent instructions on how to access and redeem their vouchers

Tickets associated with ticket vouchers are subject to availability and can only be redeemed online. Ticket vouchers and redeemable tickets are not available to ticket brokers or ticket resellers. Tickets may not be resold or otherwise distributed to individuals not associated with the ticket purchaser. The sale, attempted sale, or transfer of tickets redeemed through these offers in violation of this policy is prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in the revocation of certain or all tickets redeemed.
