2024 Costco Ticket Vouchers

Seating Category: Each voucher is valid for two (2) tickets in the Lower Level to select 2024 regular season games. Seating categories available include Field Box, Lower Box Left Field, Lower Box, Lower Box Select and Premium Lower Box, and will vary by game.

How to Redeem:

1. Click the ‘BUY’ Button for your preferred game to start the process.
2. Click the desired ‘SECTION’, then ‘ROW’, and finally the ‘SELECT’ Button next to each desired Seat. You may also utilize the Seat Map window on the right side of the screen to view the exact location of your desired seats.
3. Click the ‘CONTINUE’ Button to advance to the next screen.
4. Click the ‘ADD DISCOUNT CODE’ Button and enter one code that is located on the front of your voucher for each seat selected and click ‘ADD’.
5. When finished adding Discount Codes, click the ‘DONE’ Button.
6. *Enter contact information and click ‘CONFIRM’.
7. A confirmation email will be sent with instructions on how to access your tickets via the MLB Ballpark App.

What does my voucher purchase include?

Voucher is valid for two (2) Lower Level Level tickets to select 2024 regular season games, subject to availability. Other seating categories may be made available for select games.

Seating categories included are Field Box, Premium Lower Box, Lower Box, Lower Box Select, Lower Box Left Field Sections, and will vary by game.

Which games is my voucher eligible for?

Voucher is eligible for all 2024 regular season games, subject to availability, except:

Can I redeem multiple vouchers for the same game?

Yes, multiple vouchers can be redeemed for the same game. You may enter up to four (4) San Francisco Giants Costco vouchers.

Can I redeem my voucher for single tickets?

Yes, vouchers can be redeemed for single tickets. Voucher codes cannot be reissued or partially returned.

Is there a limit to the number of vouchers I can redeem per game?

Yes, a maximum of 4 vouchers (8 tickets) can be redeemed per game.

Is there a deadline to redeem my voucher?

Vouchers can be redeemed any time before first pitch, subject to availability. Vouchers are not eligible for Postseason games.

When will I receive my tickets?

Upon completing each transaction, you will receive two emails. One is your order confirmation, and the other will include instructions on how to access your tickets through the MLB Ballpark app.

How do I access my tickets after I redeem my voucher(s)?

You will receive an email with instructions on how to access your tickets through the MLB Ballpark app.

Can I combine vouchers to get premium seats?

No, tickets can only be redeemed in a 1:1 ratio in the eligible Lower Level seating categories (1 voucher code for 1 ticket).

Can I redeem my voucher for Special Event tickets?

No, vouchers are eligible for regular game tickets only.

Can I sell the tickets I redeem with my voucher?

No. Tickets redeemed with vouchers are not available to ticket brokers or ticket resellers. Tickets may not be resold or otherwise distributed to individuals not personally associated with the ticket purchaser. The sale, attempted sale or transfer of tickets redeemed through this offer in violation of this policy is prohibited. Tickets redeemed in violation of this policy will be revoked without refund.

If I can no longer attend the game I redeemed my voucher for - can I exchange my tickets?

No, tickets are not eligible for exchanges. Tickets can be forwarded to friends and family.

If I can no longer attend the game I redeemed my voucher for - can I sell my tickets for that reason?

No. Tickets may not be resold or otherwise distributed to individuals not personally associated with the ticket purchaser. Tickets redeemed in violation of this policy will be revoked without refund.

Can unused 2024 Costco vouchers be used in future seasons?

No. The value of the vouchers will expire after the start of the last eligible game, subject to ticket inventory availability.
