Ballpark Policies

Alcohol

Outside alcohol (including non-alcoholic beer) is not permitted into Oracle Park. Alcoholic beverages, including beer, wine, liquor and hard seltzer, are sold throughout the park. The following restrictions apply:

  • Alcohol sales in general concession areas conclude at the end of the eighth inning (for baseball games).
  • Alcohol sales are at the discretion of management and can be terminated at any time.
  • There is a two-drink limit per person, per purchase.
  • Patrons are not permitted to leave the ballpark with alcoholic beverages (this includes unopened bottles/cans purchased in Suites).

Patrons are encouraged to drink responsibly and take transit or identify a designated driver. In partnership with Heineken® 0.0, the Giants encourage fans to make use of their designated driver program. Fans who pledge to not drink while at Oracle Park receive a complimentary can of Heineken® 0.0, available at the Guest Services Office on the Promenade and Club Levels.

Animals

Service animals are welcome at Oracle Park. Service animals are dogs and, in some cases, miniature horses that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Learn more with our Accessible Services Guide.

Autographs

Autographs may be requested inside the ballpark near the field pre and post game. Fans must have a ticket to be in these areas. Autographs are not guaranteed. Fans are asked to respect the players and recognize they are in a working environment. The Giants reserve the right to remove any autograph seekers from the ballpark.

Bags

Backpacks (including clear backpacks) are NOT permitted inside Oracle Park. Accommodations are made for diaper bags, medical bags and guests with accessible needs. Otherwise this policy is strictly enforced and exceptions will not be made. Other bags, that do not exceed 16" x 16" x 8" in size, are permitted: paper and plastic grocery bags, purses, drawstring bags, fanny packs, lunch bags, briefcases, diaper bags, soft-sided coolers, and handbags. Hard-sided coolers are not permitted. Bags do not need to be clear.

On-site bag storage is available for rent. Located at the Marina Gate (behind center field), it is open from when gates open until one hour after the game/event ends. Learn more.

All bags are subject to inspection. Guests are encouraged to arrive early and to allow additional time to enter the ballpark.

Fireworks

Out of courtesy to our neighbors, all post-game fireworks shows must begin by 11:00pm (Sunday - Thursday nights) and by 11:30pm (Friday and Saturday nights and evenings before a holiday). A standard fireworks show lasts approximately 15 minutes. Any fireworks show that cannot be started by these times will be cancelled. Fans in the ballpark will be notified as the deadline approaches and when a decision has been made.

Guest Conduct

The Giants are dedicated to providing a high-quality entertainment experience at Oracle Park. Guests interfering with a ball in play, using foul / abusive language (including offensive, derogatory*, vulgar, profane or betting-related) that is directed at players, players' family members, Club personnel, umpires or other fans, making obscene gestures, wearing culturally insensitive attire, smoking or appearing to be in an impaired condition may be ejected from the ballpark. *Language concerning another person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation or national origin.
