If a game is postponed due to inclement weather, tickets for the original game will be valid for the rescheduled game.
Special Event tickets
Special event tickets will be valid for item redemption at the rescheduled game.
Splash value associated with the original game tickets will remain on the tickets for the rescheduled game.
Lot A parking permits will be valid for the rescheduled game.
Ballpark passes will be sent to pass holders on the day of the rescheduled game.
If the game is postponed and not rescheduled, Season Ticket Members will receive a credit on their account. Tickets purchased with a credit card through the Giants (i.e. box office, official Giants website, or Giants Dugout Store) will be refunded to the original card used. Refunds for tickets purchased via cash transactions must be submitted by mail to the Oracle Park Ticket Office at: Oracle Park, Attn: Giants Tickets/Customer Service, 24 Willie Mays Plaza, San Francisco, CA 94107. Refunds for tickets purchased from third parties will be issued by them.
