To purchase items from the 2021 From the Clubhouse Virtual-FanFest Sale, you must have a MLB Auctions account. It is highly recommended that the customer be logged in to their account, with all payment options set up ahead of the sale for a quick and simple check out.

- Go to auctions.mlb.com and select "Login/Register" on the top right corner
- Select "Sign-Up" on the login/registration menu.
- Enter e-mail address, password and DOB for your new account.
- Select "Register"
- You are now all set up!
* Remember that you will need a valid credit card on file before you can purchase an item. The FTC Virtual-FanFest Sale is conducted according to the rules and policies of MLB Auctions. There will be a $4 pending authorization on your credit card to confirm your card. This charge will fall off in four to six business days.
Virtual-FanFest Sale items will be live on this page from 10 a.m. PST on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 until 11:59 p.m. PST on Sunday, February 21, 2021.
Purchases and Checkout:
Once an item is added to a shopping cart, the customer must check out and complete the purchase and payment in order for the item to be secured by the customer.The customer cannot reserve the item by placing it in their cart only.
*Please note: Given the unique nature of Game-Used/Team-Issued memorabilia, there are many one-of-a-kind items available with only one of the particular item.
Items will begin shipping the week of February 22nd. Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. We estimate that all orders will ship within no more than 5-10 business days after purchase.
Placing Multiple Orders:
Separate orders placed on the same day by the same customer will be shipped together as best as possible. Any difference in shipping cost will be refunded to the customer. However, some items cannot ship together (for example: A base and a bat; a helmet and a base; helmet and bat; etc.).
*The best way to ensure that your items ship together (and increase your chances of a lower actual shipping cost) is to purchase all of your items in the same order! You can do this by placing all of your items in the Cart BEFORE purchasing!
- If a customer orders items on different days, they may be shipped separately.
- We will combine multiple orders as best as possible, but it is not guaranteed.
- Actual Shipping Cost vs Shipping Cost Paid:
The automated purchasing system sometimes charges a higher amount for shipping than the actual cost to ship that order. This can happen due to a number of reasons. Any difference between the amount paid for shipping and the actual cost to ship will be refunded to you after your order goes out. For example: If you pay $50 for shipping but it only costs $30 to ship your order, you will be refunded $20. *This does not apply to separate orders or orders placed on different days. As mentioned previously: We will do our best to minimize all shipping costs but it is not guaranteed.

Items are sold in "as-is" condition. Due to the unique nature of each item, all sales are final. There will be no returns or exchanges for the 2021 From the Clubhouse Virtual-FanFest Sale. Be sure to read all titles and descriptions carefully to avoid any issues with your purchases.
