Mariners Care Foundation believes in the inspirational power of baseball and softball to ensure that everyone in our region can thrive.
Proceeds from the auction fund programs like:
- Mariners Hometown Nine Fellowship program, for student athletes facing barriers to access to advanced development
- Sports Sampling Camps and Clinics in our region through our On BASE initiative, to increase opportunities for youth to have exposure experiences to baseball and softball, and in partnership with King County Play Equity Coalition
- Community Impact Grants supporting nonprofits whose efforts lead to positive health outcomes for youth and accelerate equitable outcomes for Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) communities
- Stay in the Game Scholarship Fund for Seattle Colleges students to finish their degrees and pursue careers in their chosen field
- Rainier Playfield All-Star Legacy Field renovation to make sure baseball and softball players from youth through high school have quality field access
