Springfield shortstop JJ Wetherholt (MLB No. 17/STL No. 1) keeps flashing superstar potential in his first season at Double-A, where the No. 7 overall pick from last year's Draft is slashing .323/.444/.485 with more walks (34) than strikeouts (28) through 47 games. Entering the week, he'd recorded at least one hit in nine of 11 games this month and multiple hits in eight of those contests. The Hooks will be forced to find an answer, and its likely they turn to outfielder Luis Baez (HOU No. 10) for a big hit in a big spot.
