- Open the MLB Ballpark app on your mobile device. Download from the Apple Store or Google Play.
- Select the Mariners tab from the bottom menu.
- Click on the Season Ticket Member HQ, then click on STM ID Card at the top of your screen.
- Present your digital ID Card when instructed to unlock your Member benefits.
