ALL BONUS CREDITS EXPIRED AS OF DECEMBER 31 2022.

Terms & Conditions: 50% Bonus Credit Program

I. 50% Bonus Credit Program Details

Subject to these terms and conditions, the Washington Nationals are offering to eligible buyers, as defined below, a one hundred percent (100%) credit of the value of tickets and parking passes purchased to 2020 Washington Nationals exhibition and regular season home games, less certain associated fees (the ā€œ100% Creditā€). In addition, as a token of our gratitude, the Washington Nationals are offering to eligible buyers a fifty percent (50%) bonus credit (the ā€œ50% Bonus Creditā€; and together with the 100% Credit, the ā€œTotal Creditā€).

II. Eligibility

In order to receive a Total Credit, you must be the primary account holder who purchased a 2020 Eligible Product directly from the Washington Nationals. If the foregoing criteria are met, then you are an ā€œEligible Buyerā€. Eligible Products include only:

  • Full, half, and partial season plans (excluding suites), 10-game plans (excluding suites), the Ballpark Access Pass, Flexible/Pick ā€˜Em Plans (80-ticket, 40-ticket and 20-ticket plans), group ticket purchases (excluding suites), and single-game ticket purchases for 2020 Washington Nationals exhibition and regular season home game tickets and/or parking passes (each an ā€œEligible Productā€). Single-game ticket purchases include, without limitation, Holiday Packs, Black Friday Packs, Cyber Monday Packs and 5-Game Classic Plans.

The following ticket buyers, purchases and tickets are ineligible for this offer:

  • Full, half and partial season suite plans (including, without limitation, Championship Boxes (K Street Boxes and Club 24)), 10-game suite plans, 5-game suite plans, nightly suite purchases, and ticket plans/purchases pursuant to a corporate partnership agreement. If you purchased one of these plans or hold these types of tickets, please contact your Washington Nationals ticket representative.
  • Community tickets, complimentary tickets, Red Carpet Rewards tickets, hospitality area passes and promotional vouchers/giveaway tickets.
  • Patrons who purchased their 2020 Washington Nationals tickets through StubHub or other secondary markets. These buyers should reach out directly to the site or seller from which they purchased their tickets.
  • Ticket brokers.
  • Any other tickets or purchases that are not Eligible Products.

All of the foregoing eligibility and ineligibility guidelines apply to parking passes as well as tickets.

The primary account holder who purchased the 2020 Eligible Product directly from the Washington Nationals is the only individual eligible to receive the Total Credit. If you were forwarded a ticket, you are not an Eligible Buyer and you will not receive the Total Credit. Tickets purchased through other third parties are not eligible for the Total Credit under any circumstance. Patrons should be prepared to submit proof of purchase from the Washington Nationals prior to processing.

III. How Your Total Credit Is Calculated

Your 100% Credit is the total value of the 2020 Eligible Product(s) that you purchased, less certain associated fees. Such fees include: per-order processing fees, per-ticket fees, and shipping and handling charges. To calculate your 100% Credit, the Washington Nationals will subtract such fees from the total value of the 2020 Eligible Product(s) that you purchased. Then, to calculate your Total Credit, the Washington Nationals will multiply your 100% Credit by 1.5.

IV. How to Receive Your Total Credit

The Washington Nationals will email you with instructions on how to access and redeem your Total Credit. If you choose to redeem your Total Credit, then you are returning your 2020 Eligible Product(s) back to the Washington Nationals, and you will not have access to, nor will you be able to use, such tickets and/or parking passes during the 2020 season.

If you are an Eligible Buyer, but you have an outstanding unpaid balance towards the purchase of your 2020 Eligible Product(s), then you may pay all or a portion of the remaining balance towards your 2020 Eligible Product(s) in order to increase your Total Credit. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact your Washington Nationals account representative.

If you are an Eligible Buyer but you purchased your 2020 Eligible Product(s) at the Nationals Park Box Office and you paid in cash, then in order to redeem your Total Credit, you must send the original tickets, along with your name, address, email, and daytime telephone number to the address below:

Washington Nationals Ticket Office

Attn: Impacted 2020 Games

1500 South Capitol St. SE

Washington, D.C. 20003

Eligible Buyers who paid in cash may also bring the original tickets to the Nationals Park Box Office when it reopens in order to redeem their Total Credit.

All requests for Total Credits must be submitted by no later than December 15, 2020.

Once you have elected to receive a Total Credit, you are not eligible for a refund. All decisions are final.

V. How You May Use Your Total Credit

The initial 100% Credit can only be applied to purchase: (a) the renewal of your 2020 Eligible Product(s) for the 2021 season; (b) additional tickets to Washington Nationals exhibition or regular season home games played at Nationals Park during the 2021 and 2022 regular seasons; and/or Ā© seat upgrades.

For all 2020 Eligible Products except single-game ticket purchases, Eligible Buyers may apply the 50% Bonus Credit to purchase: (i) additional tickets to Washington Nationals exhibition or regular season home games played at Nationals Park during the 2021 or 2022 regular seasons and seat upgrades; provided, however, that the 50% Bonus Credit cannot be applied to purchase the renewal of your 2020 Eligible Product(s) for the 2021 or 2022 seasons; and/or (ii) in accordance with your one-time request, you may convert any portion of your 50% Bonus Credit so that it can be applied to: (x) purchase food and beverage concessions and merchandise at Washington Nationals exhibition or regular season home games played at Nationals Park during the 2021 or 2022 regular seasons; and/or (y) a ticket donation to Washington Nationals Philanthropies or other Washington Nationals charitable endeavors. You cannot change how you allocate your 50% Bonus Credit after your initial request.

For 2020 Eligible Products that are single-game ticket purchases only, Eligible Buyers may apply the 50% Bonus Credit to purchase either: (i) tickets to Washington Nationals exhibition or regular season home games played at Nationals Park during the 2021 or 2022 regular seasons and seat upgrades; or (ii) in accordance with your one-time request, you may convert your entire 50% Bonus Credit so that it can be applied to: (x) purchase food and beverage concessions and merchandise at Washington Nationals exhibition or regular season home games played at Nationals Park during the 2021 or 2022 regular seasons; or (y) a donation of tickets to Washington Nationals Philanthropies or other Washington Nationals charitable endeavors. For Eligible Products that are single-game ticket purchases only, the 50% Bonus Credit cannot be partially applied across these three options or changed after your initial request.

Eligible Buyers who do not specifically request to have their 50% Bonus Credit converted to food and beverage concessions and merchandise credit or a donation by October 31, 2020 or thirty (30) days following the end of the 2020 regular season, whichever is later, may only use their 50% Bonus Credit to purchase tickets to Washington Nationals exhibition or regular season home games played at Nationals Park during the 2021 or 2022 regular seasons or for seat upgrades.
