I. New Buyer 50% Bonus Credit Program Details

Subject to these terms and conditions, the Washington Nationals are offering to eligible buyers, a fifty percent (50%) bonus credit (the “New Buyer 50% Bonus Credit”) of the value of any monies paid towards the purchase of an eligible 2021 Washington Nationals ticket product purchased by December 15, 2020, less certain associated fees, as defined below.

II. Eligibility

In order to receive a New Buyer 50% Bonus Credit, you must be the primary account holder who purchased a 2021 Eligible Product directly from the Washington Nationals. Eligible Products include only:

• 82-Game Classic (Full Season) Plans (excluding suites and Championship Boxes)
• 42-Game Classic (Half Season) Plans (excluding suites and Championship Boxes)
• 22-Game Classic (Partial Season) Plans (excluding suites and Championship Boxes)
• Flexible (Pick’em) Plans (80-ticket and 40-ticket)
• Group Tickets (minimum of 13 tickets per game)
• Luxury Suite individual-game rentals (excluding season suite plans of 10 or more games)

The following ticket buyers, purchases and tickets are ineligible for this offer:

• Renewals of 2020 Washington Nationals tickets (please see nationals.com/creditterms for the offer that is applicable to you) or use of the 100% Credit or 50% Bonus Credit pursuant to that separate offer.
• Patrons who purchase 2021 College Day Bundles.
• Patrons who requested a refund for 2020 Washington Nationals tickets pursuant to that separate offer.
• Patrons who purchase 2021 Washington Nationals tickets from sellers other than the Washington Nationals, including, without limitation, StubHub or other secondary markets.
• Ticket brokers.
• Any other tickets or purchases that are not Eligible Products.

The primary account holder who purchased the 2021 Eligible Product directly from the Washington Nationals is the only individual eligible to receive the New Buyer 50% Bonus Credit. Tickets purchased though other third parties are not eligible for the New Buyer 50% Bonus Credit under any circumstances.

III. How Your New Buyer 50% Bonus Credit Is Calculated

Your New Buyer 50% Bonus Credit is half of the total amount paid towards 2021 Eligible Product(s) purchased by December 15, 2020, less certain associated fees. Such fees include: per-order processing fees, per-ticket fees, and shipping and handling charges. To calculate your New Buyer 50% Bonus Credit, the Washington Nationals will subtract such fees from the total amount paid towards 2021 Eligible Product(s) purchased by December 15, 2020. Then, to calculate your New Buyer 50% Bonus Credit, the Washington Nationals will multiply this amount by 0.5.

IV. How You May Use Your New Buyer 50% Bonus Credit

You may apply the New Buyer 50% Bonus Credit to the purchase of:

• Additional tickets to Washington Nationals exhibition or regular season home games played at Nationals Park during the 2021 or 2022 regular seasons;
• Food and beverage concessions and merchandise at Washington Nationals exhibition or regular season home games played at Nationals Park during the 2021 or 2022 regular seasons; or
• A ticket donation to Washington Nationals Philanthropies or other Washington Nationals charitable endeavors.

V. Additional Use Limitations

• Purchases made using the New Buyer 50% Bonus Credit are not eligible to earn “eCASH Back”.
• Tickets redeemed using the New Buyer 50% Bonus Credit shall not be re-sold.
• The New Buyer 50% Bonus Credit cannot be applied to purchase parking passes.
• The New Buyer 50% Bonus Credit cannot be applied to purchase tickets to, or items at, postseason games or games played away from Nationals Park.
• The New Buyer 50% Bonus Credit cannot be applied to purchase additional seats or plans for Eligible Products for the 2021, 2022 or future seasons.
• The New Buyer 50% Bonus Credit cannot be applied to upgrade the seating location or plan size of any Eligible Products for the 2021, 2022 or future seasons.
• The New Buyer 50% Bonus Credit cannot be applied to pay any unpaid balance on plans or purchases for the 2021, 2022 or future seasons.
• The New Buyer 50% Bonus Credit cannot be applied to pay for the renewal of any 2020 plans or products for the 2021, 2022 or future seasons.
• The New Buyer 50% Bonus Credit cannot be applied to purchase Washington Nationals Authentics memorabilia, any jewelry collection, or other select merchandise (including select postseason merchandise) as determined by the Washington Nationals in its sole discretion.
• The New Buyer 50% Bonus Credit cannot be applied to purchase in-suite catering.
• The New Buyer 50% Bonus Credit is non-transferable.
• Any unused portion of the New Buyer 50% Bonus Credit that remains at the conclusion of the 2022 regular season shall be forfeited.

VI. Additional Program Information

This New Buyer 50% Bonus Credit Program is offered at the discretion of the Washington Nationals, and participation in this program is subject to these terms and conditions. Your participation constitutes your consent to these terms and conditions. Your participation does not modify, alter or change any of your contractual obligations pursuant to your Eligible Product’s contract. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility will be resolved by the Washington Nationals in its sole direction. The Washington Nationals reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. Your continued participation in the program following any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of such changes. The Washington Nationals also reserves the right to discontinue participation for any participant who acts in a manner inconsistent with or in violation of local or federal laws, statutes or ordinances, or if there are reasonable grounds for suspecting fraud, theft, or dishonesty in connection with the program, as determined by the Washington Nationals in its sole discretion. The Washington Nationals shall also have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including, without limitation, criminal prosecution, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion. Participants are solely responsible for any tax liability, including the determination thereof, which may result from participation in this program. All decisions are final. If you receive a refund on any portion of your 2021 Eligible Product(s), you will forfeit this opportunity and not receive the New Buyer 50% Bonus Credit. Once you have used any portion of the New Buyer 50% Bonus Credit, you are not eligible for a refund.

Should it be deemed necessary for the health and safety of all at Nationals Park, the Washington Nationals may explore the option of “Social Distant Seating”.

The Nationals reserve the right to change any and all 2022 access, benefits, promotions, seating locations and events (including, without limitation, location, dates and times) without notice based upon: 1) federal, city, state and/or local government orders, mandates or restrictions; 2) the guidance or recommendations of a recognized health agency (i.e. Centers for Disease Control or the World Health Organization); and 3) the ongoing developments of the COVID-19 pandemic.
