- Watermelon As the name states, watermelon is full water and great for hydration on those hot days. Watermelon also has nutrients that aid in protecting your skin cells from skin cancer.
- Blackberries and Raspberries Both berries are loaded with Vitamin C and fiber, to keep you fuller longer.
- Dark Leafy Greens Whether raw or cooked, these greens are a great source of carotenoids, which your body converts to Vitamin A, which helps protect and heal sun damaged skin.
