We love seeing everyone back enjoying live baseball again – and let’s keep it that way! We want to remind fans to wear your mask when you’re at the game and help us keep the ballpark open. It’s up to all of us to comply.

The Cincinnati Reds are following current CDC protocols and working with government officials in partnership with TriHealth and St. Elizabeth Healthcare to ensure our facility fosters a safe environment.

Great American Ball Park has been designated a Global Biorisk Advisory Council® (GBAC) STAR™ accredited facility. GBAC STAR is the gold standard of prepared facilities. The Reds have established a cleaning, disinfection and infectious disease prevention program to minimize risks associated with infectious agents like the novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2).

Please adhere to all ballpark policies, including health and safety policies, and posted instructions while in the ballpark and on ballpark grounds.

PREPARE FOR YOUR VISIT

  • Arrive early to avoid backups entering the ballpark.
  • If you have a temperature of 100.4 or are experiencing COVID related symptoms please stay home.
  • Tickets will be digital, so have your smartphone or other device ready for scanning.
  • We recommend that you enter at the gate shown on your digital ticket to properly social distance and avoid lines.
  • No backpacks of any kind can be brought into the ballpark. Acceptable bags include Reds Heads bags, medical bags and diaper bags. All other carry-in items will be inspected prior to access into the ballpark.
  • Permissible carry-in items need to be 16”x 16” x 8”.
  • In order to smoothly proceed through metal detectors, please have all large objects, such as cellphones, out of your pocket. Wallets and keys can be left in pockets.

SAFETY PROCEDURES & PROTOCOLS

  • Masks are required to be worn by all staff members and fans at all times, unless actively eating or drinking in your seats. Face protections must properly cover the mouth and nose.
  • Please observe proper social distancing measures at all times and avoid gathering in large groups, including when exiting the ballpark.
  • Concessions and restroom lines will be controlled with markings on the floor to keep our guests at safe distances. Signage will be placed around the ballpark reminding guests of all safety guidelines.
  • Contactless and cashless forms of payment are highly encouraged. Options include Reds Pay via the MLB Ballpark app and Apple Pay.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available at locations throughout the ballpark.
  • Players will not be permitted to sign autographs or toss baseballs into the stands per MLB regulations.
  • Elevators will be limited to 4 people at all times. Please consider using steps, ramps and escalators for quicker travel.
