WHAT IS REDS FANTASY CAMP?
Reds Fantasy Camp, or "Baseball Heaven," is a week-long baseball camp for men and women age 30 and older. The experience typically takes place in late January at the Reds Development Complex in Goodyear, Arizona. Physical activity is required, as Camp features a multiple-game schedule throughout the week, concluding with a Championship Game. Former Reds players will co-manage every team and provide plenty of stories and laughs all week long! Teams will also play against the pros at Goodyear Ballpark, where the Reds (and Indians) play their home spring training games. The proceeds from Camp will benefit the Reds Hall of Fame and Museum.
IS A PORTION OF FANTASY CAMP TAX-DEDUCTIBLE?
A portion of each registration may be tax-deductible. Following the completion of Camp, campers will receive a letter from the Reds Hall of Fame and Museum regarding potential tax deductibility, which we recommend you share with your tax advisor. This letter will detail the value of the goods and services received related to Camp, as well as the date of your payment for Camp. The exact amount of any potential deduction may vary depending on your individual situation.
WHAT PAYMENT TYPES ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) as well as personal checks. Please note that there are two payment options for Fantasy Camp 2020, both of which are detailed during the online payment process. All payments must be done in one of these two methods. You may either pay in full at the time of online registration, or sign up for autopay, which will automatically deduct a payment from the credit card you provide at the time of registration. Autopay payments are deducted once a month for four months if you sign up in May 2020. If you sign up after May, the autopay system may deduct your first two payments at one time to catch up.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you need to cancel prior to August 1, 2019, we will refund any payments made, less 25% of your total cost of camp, which is kept as a non-refundable deposit.
If you need to cancel between August 1 and October 31, 2019, we will refund any payments made, less 50% of your total cost of camp, which is kept as a non-refundable deposit.
No refunds are given after October 31.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
All you need to bring is anything "personal to you" - your glove, rubber cleats (no metal spikes allowed), shower shoes, sunglasses, and batting gloves. If you have your own wood bat, you may bring that along too. Bats and other baseball equipment - helmets, baseballs, catching equipment - are provided. If you do choose to travel with your own wood bat(s), we encourage you to contact your airline regarding proper travel instructions. A full detailed list of helpful tips of what to bring with you and what is provided will be distributed before you travel to Fantasy Camp.
DO I SHARE A ROOM WITH SOMEONE AT THE HOTEL?
The base cost of Camp includes double occupancy with another Fantasy Camp participant in a standard hotel room with two queen beds. However, if you prefer a room to yourself, there are a limited number of single hotel rooms available for an additional $500/week, or suites available for an additional $700/week. Single rooms are based on availability.
Please confirm your room type selection at the time you register for camp. We're unable to accommodate any room type selection changes after October 31.
MAY I REQUEST TO BE ON THE SAME TEAM AS A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER?
We allow up to two (2) people to be drafted together on the same team. Additional details on how to request teammates will be provided at a later date. Feel free to note this request on your registration form as well.
