When is the online purchase option available?
You can begin purchasing on February 4 at 9 a.m. Please note the site will be turned off on February 14 at 5 p.m.
The website is asking for a OFFER CODE. Where is my offer code?
The OFFER CODE is listed on the Opening Day Package email you received. It is a unique code that can only be used once. You will receive this code via email on February 3.
How many packages can I order online?
By using the online ordering method, each Rosie Reds member can order up to 4 Opening Day Packages.
Each package includes 1 ticket to each of the 3 games on 3/27, 6/18, and 8/13.
Can I choose my seats online?
Yes, once you click into an available section you will be able to select your seats.
Can I order Accessible seats online?
Yes, and you will be able to secure your location immediately online. Once you enter your offer code, click on the “Accessibility” toggle to view available ADA sections. Once you click into an available section you will be able to select your seats.
Can tickets be exchanged or upgraded?
No. Tickets cannot be exchanged or upgraded.
What is the per ticket fee charge?
To purchase online, you will be charged a $1.75 fee per package.
Do I need an MLB.com account to purchase?
Yes. You will need to have an account registered with MLB.com to purchase online. If you are unsure if you have an account already created, try to log in at MLB.com prior to the on-sale. If you do not already have an account, you will need to register prior to February 4. This will prevent you from potentially losing best available seating on the day when the online sales open, as you will be prompted to create an account or log in during the purchasing process. If you have an account registered but do not know your username or password for the MLB.com account, visit MLB.com to reset your password using your email address.
Can I make special requests or sit with friends using the online option?
You may attempt to select seats in conjunction with a friend using the seat map. Due to the high volume of sale, we cannot guarantee the ability to select seats next to another account. Also, each Rosie Reds member can purchase up to 4 seats and you cannot combine offer codes to have multiple members sit next to each other.
How do I receive my tickets after purchasing?
All tickets will be digitally delivered via MLB Ballpark app. If you are unsure how to receive your tickets, please visit reds.com/BallparkApp for instructions on how to view tickets on your mobile device. Keep the confirmation of your purchase for your records.
