Ukraine Donation Ticket Redemption

Thank you for your donation to support the humanitarian relief efforts in Ukraine! Your donation helps support the global Red Cross movement to provide humanitarian relief and help support people facing immediate needs in Ukraine and neighboring countries.

Below you can claim your 2022 Reds tickets that you qualified for with your donation. Please follow the instructions below to redeem your tickets for one of the available Reds games. Additional tickets may be purchased at the time of redemption.

*Games subject to availability. Tickets will be delivered digitally via the MLB Ballpark app.

HOW TO REDEEM TICKETS

  1. Click the “Redeem Tickets” button that matches your number of tickets.
  2. Enter your one-time use password into the “Enter Offer Code” box and click Submit.
  3. Choose your game from the list of available dates.
  4. Set search options to the total number of tickets you wish to redeem using the + and – symbols.
  5. On the map, click on an available section where you wish to sit, then choose your specific seats
  6. If claiming more than the number of Red Cross Donation Tickets, use the pencil to update additional tickets to the Red Cross/Ukraine Additional Tickets buyer type.
  7. Log into your MLB.com account, and complete your order.
